SJW stupidity. Let's just have one Social Justice Warrior, and anti-vaxxers, stupidity thread since they're all stupid.

I saw a lot of snowflakes were offended by this and I was surprised because I honestly didn't know there were so many people who were pro bullying.
Wut? THEY were offended? Lol
What I gathered from this video is that all white men and boys are violent rapists

Now change demography to black & say "Black can be better, blacks can commit fewer crimes", or Muslims, & say Muslims you can be better, you choose not to be terrorists"
Why would they be offended unless they are pro-crime or pro-terrorist? People are not angry because they are pro-crime or pro-terrorism, but by making these statement you are implying that these groups have inherently disproportionally more criminal & terrorists. Same logic applies to the men ad.

But Gillette is a product aimed towards men. "The best a man can get" so doesn't it make sense that they would also aim this towards men?

You got to be thin skinned as all hell to see that commercial and think they are saying all men all bullies or all men sexually assault.

Isn't one of the main issues with SJWs is how they get offended over everything? That is exactly what is happening right here.

Seeing both sides angered by the Gilette ad just shows how people would rather get offended instead of actually thinking about something that may actually challenge them.

I'm pro bullying.

There's a point in which it becomes too much but a certain amount is healthy. School and childhood prepares us for adulthood.

I provided 2 examples to perfectly illustrate what I mean. Did you spend time to think about it at all. Just like the men ad, it doesn’t also said all black men are criminals or all Muslims are terrorists. But do you see how how the messaging is poor.

Also never did I said I think, or poeple who are angry, think all men are bullies. That’s not why people are angry. It implied a serious problem within a demographic.

The bottom line is , some people will think this ad is okay, just like some people may thing an ad telling Muslims not to be terrorists is okay, due to the positive message. What I am infirming you, and not asking you to agree or not, is the other side of the argument. You don’t have to agree, it at least you should have a clearer understanding of why other think otherwise, and is not rooted in being pro evil or something.

Often, ,hatred and despite of others who do not shared their views, tends to be misunderstood of what other stand for, which also always seems to assumed the worst. When you actually listen, you discovered most have their reasons ( not rooted in evil). You don’t have to agree, you can even think they are harsh, gullible, or ignorant, but almost certainly Most people, sjw or otherwise, are not bad people.

I never said anything about anyone being bad or evil. Just that they are snowflakes.

You did said they were pro bullying, that will be a case of assuming evil. Unless you are joking. I am not sure.

But you are free to called others what you want.

They should do one for lady razors that talk about women using kids as a bargaining chip in divorces and also younger women who hit men because they are counting on the fact that they won't hit back. Sorry but being an a****** knows no gender and you can come up with all of the excuses you want but some of this stuff is just too much.

Men are pigs and dogs. That's a fact of life. Men are taught by their fathers and mothers to be better. Gillette's ad doesn't say anything new. Is it annoyingly preachy? Yes. Is it incorrect in its assertions? No.

That's the issue, they sell razors so why are they preaching? People are overly preachy all the time these days so seeing it in an ad for a razor seems out of place. Men aren't all pigs btw that's a stereotype and plenty of women are "pigs" too lol. I've worked in an office that's mostly women and they were all talking about guys, some cheating on their bf/husband and if you want to hear women talk like construction workers just work in a mostly female office when the fire department comes for an inspection, I swear you need to mop the floors after 5 minutes lol. I get your point but still this stuff is starting to go too far and it's done not to help but just to pander and score points on social media.

Yeah they knew it would be controversial. That's why they made the ad. Gillette never had this much attention in over a decade.

True, but it's impossible this will make sales go up, right?
