Art was better than the original (my major complaint about the first one was the overuse of chromatic aberration), but the first half of the film spends too much time on Miles' parents. The last third or so of the film was solid.

No clue, but apparently there was three versions in theaters.

Yeah, kinda…but in this case some changes were ok or made more sense, some changed the impact of the scene and others were just not necessary because it comes across as telling instead of showing.

I haven’t seen the latest digital version, since I’ve seen some of the clips that have been changed. Will watch it once it’s on physical and see it with an open mind.
