Spider-Man: Miles Morales

I never did finish Spider-Man, as I was put off by the chase sequences (cuz I sucked at them). I decided yesterday that I need to go through and start working on my backlog before the new consoles come out. I picked up last night where I left off in Spider-Man. So, it makes sense where Miles Morales comes from for this new game. I had never got far enough in the game to know that it was a character in this game.

The more you know!

After TLOU2 I welcome a shorter game. If it is around 10 hours including all side activities and offers a solid New Game + experience where I actually want to replay the game, I think that is my preferred model.
Yeah. Maybe it's just getting old, but Man, I want a fun campaign that I can enjoy playing over and over like Halo. It's a big worry for Halo Infinite for me.

I had to read the above twice. Now I understand it.......was worried my PS4 save wouldn't transfer over to this new expansion. But it clearly states "from PS4 to PS5. I doubt I'll have a PS5 at launch but had planned on getting the Miles expansion on PS4 but wouldn't if my progress didn't carry over. I still have the DLC to complete and now I'm waiting on that until this new expansion releases so I'll have a hefty chunk of content to have fun with this winter.

wait, what does that mean for other games, is the ps5 incompatible with ps4 saves that you’ll have to start a new game?
Well, I don't have an answer to that question! Since this isn't the same game (remaster), I will assume this is different. Regular PS4 games on PS4 will probably have their saves carry over no problem.

I really enjoy the first Spider-man game so knowing that we get a PS4 version too got me excited since I'm not looking to get a PS5 / X Series X for awhile.

I liked the first one but I don’t have time to play it again. So I will just play Morales. I do want to see some screen shots and videos of the remaster.
