If I had a Switch I would. Maybe I work from home on Friday so I can make a little trip over to Best Buy and see if they have any available.
Make sure to ask if they have any in the back. When i bought mine several months ago i got it at BB and while they had none on display I asked and they had them in the back.
Ok well I got the game. Can't remember who I have on my friends list here but feel free to add me... um. What is needed to add friends again lol? I think it should be ToxicVampire like everything else.
Its mind boggling i know. However it isnt as mind boggling as their party chat solution involving a cell phone app....
lol yea I haven't tried it yet and not sure I want to. I'd rather just use Discord. Which reminds me there is a UVGF Discord that we could all join when playing the games. Can't remember who is in charge of it but I'm sure they could create a voice channel for this game.
I'm loving Salmon Run but why WHY Nintendo is it only on during certain days. I'm hearing they don't want to hurt the fanbase of this vs regular PvP but come on. The times it's available is just dumb. During the week I think it's like Tuesday 2AM to 2PM ET, and Thursday 8AM to 8PM ET. wtf?
Shiiit I didn't realize the difficulty raised in Salmon Run. I quit playing earlier today right when mine went up, so when I jumped on tonight we were getting our asses kicked.
Perfect. I wanna get some Salmon run in, I only played the tutorial so far. Looks like it is going to be a lot of fun. I've been playing splatoon 2 on the Switches mobile form a lot lately
Maybe if we join in a party and then go into matchmaking. I joined you last night through the friends list in game buy we were separated a few times.
I downloaded the Nintendo app thinking maybe I could message you through that but I didn't see anything. So there isn't a way to send messages to even friends on this thing? lol
Edit: if we can guarantee being on the same team we should be unstoppable. Seemed both of us were top of the teams most rounds.

I think there is a community hub portion in Splatoon 2 i think its one of the stores on the bottlm right in the inkoplis lobby
Added. I have to put some hours in getting the hang of this. This is my first time playing Splatoon.
Looks like they are improving Salmon Run times. Now they look to be 24 hour blocks with at least some time available each day. The setup they had on Friday was terrible though unless you had a really solid team. The current setup is pretty good though. I feel like they need an automatic in each round at least and then either a roller or slosher for coverage/mob cleanup.
They seriously need to fix this f***ing game. I just got done playing for maybe 45 minutes and I'd say 1/4 of those matches ended up with someone leaving, most of the time on my team.
I didn't like the first one that much at first but the more I played it the more I liked it.
Well... Im pretty much done with this. I got bored of the multiplayer pretty fast.
