According to journalist Liam Robertson, this infamous event will start soon, at 6:00 pm on Thursday 6 June. Apparently, it could be focused entirely on the line-up of games, which is one of the three topics for which a deepening in the tweet of last May 24 was promised. Robertson made no mention of the possible announcement of the price and launch date, but stated that Baldur’s Gate III could be among the games coming in for Google Stadia! And here other speculations begin … The title in question has not yet been officially announced. All we have, for the moment, is the Roman numeral III that stands on the official site of Larian Studios. Some users, however, have analyzed the code of the web page finding clear references to Baldur’s Gate 3…

Ughhh....don't hold my Baldur's Gate III as an exclusive hostage on Stadia.

Apparently the info has already leaked....good luck if true

I thought the whole point of a subscription service would be that you paid for the service and got to play the games they had on offer, this is basically making payments on a console and still having to buy every game you play but not actually getting to own any of it.

That's how I perceive it as well...but apparently you do get some free games (probably shovelware).

My issue with this presentation was that they didn't give any demo of it actually working. That doesn't raise any red flags?!

There is a free subscription, but who knows if they’ll throttle that back

Some free games sure, none of them will be new though, you already get free games with XBLG and PSN+ this whole thing just seems like a poorly thought out idea, doesn't help that they made that lying sack of crap Harrison the face of the project.

That's the thing, they can't really show it in a believable way because it'll always be in a highly controlled environment with optimal conditions.

That's incredibly stupid. Nobody could possibly think that's a good idea, I say, as I know full well Apple will probably do the same thing in six months and millions will fork over the money to get in on the ground floor.

I am a sucker for apple.

My interest in Stadia just jumped from 0% to 0%

The free sub only gets you 1080p, HDR, and 60 FPS. The 9.99 gives you up to 4K, HDR, and 60 FPS Plus Destiny 2: The Collection (which is everything for d2: Year 1 and all expansions, forsaken(annual pass), and shadowkeep(annual pass).

When will companies learn that having analog sticks that are parallel with each other are absolutely dreadful?
