Star Wars took a little from Dune when it created Tatooine but that poster is a little on the nose for sure. Loads of big franchises have borrowed from Dune over the years. Warhammer 40K basically ripped it off completely - The God Emperor, 10 ten thousand year long stories, the navigators, the warp, etc.
