I seen on Gamestop.com that the street dates for most of the games vary so i made this thread to inform the people who are wondering when some of their games release.

Call of Duty Ghosts : Nov. 5 (Xb1 & PS4)

Assassins Creed IV: Nov. 12 (PS4), Nov. 19 (Xb1)

Watch Dogs: Nov. 12 (Ps4), Nov. 19 (XB1)

Madden 25: Nov. 12 (PS4), Nov. 19 (Xb1)

NBA Live 14: Nov. 19 (XB1 & PS4)

Battlefield 4: Nov. 12 (Ps4), Nov. 19 (XB1)

Fifa 14: Nov. 12( Ps4), Nov. 19 (XB1)

All exclusives with the addition of NBA 2k14 will release on the dates of each console. Looks like we will be able to pick games up before hand again!!

I'm assuming places like Amazon won't be shipping until the console is out though? Or no?

I actually preordered BF4 and Ryse today on Amazon and it also said the 19th for BF4 but I don't remember for Ryse though, gotta check.

what is the point if the system is not even out?
YOu still have the option to wait until the system to pick them all up but most people (including me) love the smell of new games and wants to pick them up before the consoles to help build the excitement.

Shopto says 22nd for all X1 games, i wouldnt have minded getting the games earlier :p

I don't think there's any planned "point" in them coming early, Tuesdays are just the normal release day in North America for media (new albums, new DVDs/Blu-rays, new games, etc.). They'll have already supplied the games / accessories to to retailers, as per the normal distribution schedule, so they may as well make them available for sale so they're not clogging up storage space with unusable inventory for half the week.

I'm already wondering if retailers will actually have the consoles and system exclusives in stock as per the normal distribution schedule as well. Games would make sense that they'd have them as per the normal schedule, because it would be a waste of money to alter that. Consoles would be a bit easier to alter the delivery / distribution schedule of. Then again, they want to make sure all their retailers have them in stock before launch day, and avoid any distribution or delivery delays / mixups, so they may all be in stock at most retailers that Monday evening / Tuesday morning as well.

Can anyone confirm that the Xbox One will be able to be in a standby mode so that I can queue downloads from the Xbox Live Marketplace on the web and they will download while I am away? I hated that we have to make sure the Xbox was turned on before we left to work in order to have it download.

Isn't the X1 always technically in a standby mode when it's not being used?
