Give me some names who have had 4 consecutive scoring (regular) seasons on par with Harden. Should be easy for you since you've watched so much basketball.
Not wasting my time on a kid anymore. Just take a look at the all time scoring leaders and pick 4. I would take any of those over Hardern. You can not be considered greatest scorer ever if you constantly s*** the bed in the Playoffs.

Not wasting your time...as soon as you're asked to come up with a relatively simple answer. Shocking...

Everyone in here needs to stop watching ESPN and start reading Zach Lowe, The Ringer, FiveThirtyEight, Wojnowarski, BBallReference etc...

Commercials and Stephen A Smith aren't the best sources to help you craft your opinions.

TLDR: James Harden is an historically elite scorer.

Remember that time you read a couple articles and tried to pass what they said off as fact and just embarrassed yourself... good times.

You don't need to watch the video but this might help you think with a slightly more mature perspective...

"Just because Trump said it, doesn't mean it's a crazy idea."

Intelligent people judge arguments based on their specific merit, not who said them.

Plus... aren't I kind of giving you guys a pretty balanced diet in terms of resources? I know you're used to subsisting on an exclusively "RINGZ!" diet but variety is good for you.

Reminding you of the dumb s*** you post is not wasting my time. I find it amusing.
And finding a few players with regular seasons as good as Hardens is frustrating. I get that now.

"Player X is better than player Y because he has more rings!"

Where are you most likely to hear such a statement? Here...

Player X is better than Player Y because of that one time he almost one a title with 3 Hall of Famers because playing with more Hall of Famers is a handicap.

Where are you most likely to hear such a statement? Here...

Yeah, because Trump (who talks like a 4th grader) is all about data and isn't about "winning".

Game. Set. Match.

Actually I'm curious what Trump's favorite NBA team is. I just told him to f*** off on Twitter so he may not respond to my question.

The Celtics, but only the ones before they went and "added all the coloreds."

Not to keep beating a dead horse but apparently Scottie Pippen was 3rd in MVP voting the year Jordan left to play baseball. Let that sink in for a moment.

Remember that time LeBron played with multiple future HoF’s. I do.

Dwyane Wade was Finals MVP without Lebron. You are going to need to try harder.

In a 7 season period Jordan played with 1 Hall of Famer for 4 years and 2 Hall of Famers for 3. Jordan won 6 titles.

In a 7 year period Lebron played with 2 Hall of Famers for 5 years and 3 for 2 years. Lebron won 3 titles.

And despite that generic information, we know that Jordan played on vastly better teams.

Why do you not give the HoF’ers LeBron played with credit?
Finally, someone seeks the truth...

Wade's offensive game was that of an inferior LeBron James. The problem with Wade was that he was a ball dominant slasher who couldn't space the floor. His skills were neutralized because offensively, he did everything James could do, at a less effective level. He was also a bad defensive player in his later years with LeBron.

Bosh built his reputation playing under the basket with high usage on the Raptors. He needed to alter his game to become a corner 3 guy on a team with LeBron and Wade. He didn't become an All Star in Toronto by being a 3 and D player. Bosh shot the 3 well below league average when he played with LeBron.

Love, suffered a lot like Bosh in Cleveland, only unlike Bosh, Love was a massive liability on defense. He couldn't guard anyone out at the 3pt line in a league that went 3pt heavy.

Irving complemented LeBron beautifully on offense in Cleveland. He could create when LeBron needed a rest but he was also super effective spacing the floor. Defensively, he's always had a bad reputation.

The only people who value "HoF players" equally in these debates are children and non basketball fans. The team records when Jordan/LeBron left is proof enough.

So LeBron made future HoF players around him worse when they played with him. Not the GOAT.

This is just an unsophisticated view of the game of basketball and team sports in general. We're either being disingenuous because we were young when Jordan rose to prominence or we're not very bright. I suspect the former.
