Yes me mentioning that someone else quit the game on that bit was really looking hard.

Since I never seem to finish any games these days, the fact that this is supposedly "short-ish" makes me want to check it out. The PS5 version looks great in DF's analysis.

It's great on PS5 and feels great on the DS.

If you don't mind getting beat up in vicious fashion.... you will love it.

Since you’re one of the few playing it you should try a test run of my strategy where you sell absolutely everything and focus on upgrades. You feel kind of OP for a lot of the game that way!

I'll try this out, think I'm going to buy it tonight.

I've had stuff like this happen to me before. f***ing frustrating but funny seeing it happen to others.
Was getting Evil Within vibes from this

I'm great man, but your recent post history makes the rest of the forum fear for you.
Much finger pointing assumptions from you.

Didn't you say you have a baby or baby coming? Grow up.

Oh and who cares what a group of circle jerking, salty plastic lovers like yaw think?

I bought and downloaded the PS5 version last night, haven't had a chance to start it yet.
Let us know what you think. Reviews in general have been negative which is what pushed me away from a purchase but it still looks like fun.

To put the reviews in context, I started watching one from Worth a Buy today because I was curious about complaints. I kid you not in the first half of the video his major issues were that it’s not in first person and it shouldn’t have a dodge mechanic because it’s not a boxing game lol. There’s a lot of dumb opinions on this one.

Easy Allies as always gave a fair review for this one though. Here’s the video, score is 7.5.

The reviews that had a negative impression of this game and that steered me away were from Skill Up who used the term "Push Forward Mechanics" to describe how linear the game is. And Mr Matty Plays who said the game is heavily reliant on melee action and has done away with the unique weapons from Dead Space which were tools turned into lethal instruments.

I do find it interesting that feedback from a lot of gamers is that this is a fun but flawed title. But those flaws aren't as big as some have made it out to be. This could be one of those situations when expectations don't match reality and some are mad about that.

My flaw is the length and I haven't finished as I been grinding D2 so it(the length)might not be as bad as some are saying.
Besides shorter games aren't ridiculed and they should be.

Let me add...
The atmosphere is amazing with Prometheus vibes galore.
Feels like trying to survive in a horror movie.

To put the length issue into perspective, the walkthroughs for this game are about 1-2 hours longer than those for classics like Gears of War, Vanquish, and only a little shorter than a game like Alien Isolation that everyone thought was too long.

The walkthroughs are not reliable measures of game time. That said it’s not a long game by any stretch and CP is $10 more expensive than those examples, so waiting for a sale is definitely a reasonable option.

Even sell health and bullets?

I just barely got to point where I got a gun and I have some credits to spend still. I'm assuming you mean get the weapon upgrades, or are there other upgrades I'll unlock later?

This probably has the best graphics of any game I've played this gen, insanely impressed with the reflections, shadows, and lighting. I miss scripted games like this. The opening section reminded me a lot of the outbreak on Mars segment at the first of Doom 3, which was awesome.
