This is the kind of thread I look at and say I'm going to make things in here, but then never do because I'm lazy.
 
I really need to get into cooking. I just hate that I put it off on a daily basis. It's like walking past that Bowflex in your garage. You know you want to, but Captain Crunch sounds better.
 
If you dip your slices of bacon in water it wont shrivel up when you fry it. Also, if you add a teaspoon of salt to the coffee grounds, when you are making a pot of coffee in the coffee maker, it will make your coffee less bitter.

My suggest is cook on Sunday and cook enough of a few things that'll last you the entire week. That's how I've done it and now I have homemade lunches and stuff at work every day.

Take an amount of kale, tear it up (no thick stems), put it on a tray and add a splash of olive oil, salt and pepper. Put in the oven at about 170 degrees Celsius (340 Fahrenheit) for about 10-15 minutes (until crispy) stirring halfway through. Season to taste. Enjoy healthy alternative to potato chips.

I've done the same thing but with grated cheese, basically making cheese chips. Not as healthy as yours, but delicious.

This is my fruitcocktail cake before caking. I need to make another one thought to take a picture of it baked since I forgot to take a picture of that before it was eaten into.
