Barr has promised to give what’s not covered by grand jury rules to Congress. My guess is that’s not sufficient to get to the underlying potentially criminal intent. In any case, it’s clear that Mueller, Barr, and Rosenstein all at least considered whether Trump should be prosecuted, irrespective of DOJ rules prohibiting prosecuting a sitting president.

Release. The. Report. If the Mueller report was so "good" for Trump, it would be out already. A memo from a Trump appointee on their interpretation of the report is worthless.

We need to know the scope that Mueller was limited to. We need to know why he isn't "exonerated." There's a whole lot of questions. I'm dumbfounded how there could be no collusion between trump associates when they met at trump tower to do just that? There's so many questions. Whatever conclusion Mueller reached, I will accept. I need to see his words. He needs to be in front of the House as well.

With the full report not being released, team agent orange gets a head start to continue to lie to everyone so that when the report is released, hopefully it is, it better be, they have their lies implanted into the minds of the brain dead.

5. Commenting on the negative media publicity surrounding alleged Russian interference in the US election campaign in support of TRUMP, Source E said he understood that the Republican candidate and his team were relatively relaxed about this because it deflected media and the Democrats' attention away from TRUMP's business dealings in China and other emerging markets. Unlike in Russia, these were substantial and involved the payment of large bribes and kickbacks which, were they to become public, would be potentially very damaging to their campaign.

Emptywheel's point about how narrowly the summary was written makes it pretty clear that he was bending over (or, her words, "did old man backflips") :

The guts of the letter describe the two parts of Mueller’s report. The first part reviews the results of Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential election. It describes the conclusions this way:

  • [T]he Special Counsel did not find that any U.S. person or Trump campaign official or associate conspired or knowingly coordinated with the IRA in its efforts
  • [T]he Special Counsel did not find that the Trump campaign, or anyone associated with it, conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in [its] efforts … to gather and disseminate information to influence the election
Note that the second bullet does not even exonerate Roger Stone, as it pertains only to the Russian government, not Russians generally or WikiLeaks or anyone else. This is important given that we know the Trump campaign knew of and encouraged Roger Stone’s coordination with WikiLeaks.

...
Here’s the thing, though: at least given what they lay out here, they only considered whether Trump was covering up his involvement in the hack-and-leak operation. It doesn’t consider whether Trump was covering up a quid pro quo, which is what there is abundant evidence of.

I feel like I just remarked about how this guy went from potential hero to a buffoon, but now he's just a total tool. Oh, and in legal trouble of his own.

Need to see full report. The fact that Mueller came to th conclusion of no U.S. knowingly colluded with the soviet union, is dumbfounding considering the trump tower “adoptions” meeting. Need to see the full report and the context of why/how that was said by Mueller.
Thinking over the weekend, I came to the realization that the Russians wouldn't be dumb enough to agree in colluding with DJT or anyone else close to him because they just aren't as stupid as the Trump *failmily is. Having a meeting at Trump tower to actually collude would be just as silly and as most framed evidence cases..
They may have nodded, they may have winked but they never said "yes". It takes two to collude.
Still doesn't exonerate that POS

*Failmily- a very dysfunctional family that lacks any moral values. Usually a family that is in the public eye. See: Kardashians, Trumps
-thanks to my bad typing, I have invented a new word!

But conspiracy only needs to have intent. If, after all of the interviews and evidence, that Mueller found no evidence of attempted conspiracy, then I have no clue what to say. Now, Barr's wording here is paramount. Mueller's was only able to present evidence up until election day 2016. Anything outside of that is outside of the scope and Mueller cannot use that in his special counsel. I really hope Mueller has unearthed a mountain of evidence of criminality, if there was, that has been sent to other districts.

It is important to remember, Russia wants two things:

-a friendly US leader to lift sanctions (remember that Putin == Russian oligarchs)
-to disrupt the US as much as possible (like messing with our election rather obviously, causing people to lose faith in the process)

Sadly, they got exactly what they wanted thanks mostly to the Orange moron.

republicans are now trying to strip everything from Obamacare. They want coverage for pre-existing conditions completely gone. They believed an a******.

Can't remember but did we talk about fiscal responsibility yet?

  • The US budget deficit hit $234 billion in the month of February, up 8.7% compared to the same month last year.
  • The February budget deficit was also the highest one-month deficit on record, eclipsing the previous record set in 2012.
  • The deficit is growing as the GOP tax law slows revenue intake and the bipartisan budget deal drives up spending.

Democrats need to hammer health care. What was supposed to be repeal and replace for Obamacare turned into repeal and leave a mess. Hammer the deficit and how it makes healthcare even that much more in jeopardy.

Put the outrage machine on pause for a bit and start telling people how the GOP "plan" doesn't actually benefit the everyday person.

Except they never managed to even accomplish the "repeal" - they spent seven years campaigning that they were going to repeal and replace, voted over 50 times in the House during the Obama presidency to "repeal" Obamacare, and now more than two years later (including having had control of House, Senate and White House), they couldn't pull off a repeal so instead they're relying on the courts (the DOJ is arguing the whole law is unconstititional now).

I hate the argument that you can't get rid of electoral college because candidates will just campaign in large population areas as if the vast majority of the country isn't already ignored because their votes mean jack

Yeah, Elizabeth Warren said at a campaign event in Mississippi that because of the electoral college, once the general election starts, they won't see a candidate appear because it's not a "battleground" state.

f*** YOU!!!!!

Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina said Tuesday that Attorney General William Barr told him he would send the special counsel Robert Mueller's final report on the Russia investigation to the White House before the public sees it, in case it wants to claim executive privilege over any parts.
