Swan: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, she calls, she has called President Trump a racist. Have you ever seen him say or do anything that you would describe as racist or bigoted?

Kushner: So the answer is no. Absolutely not. You can’t not be a racist for 69 years and then run for president and be a racist. What I’ll say is that when a lot of the Democrats call the president a racist, I think they’re doing a disservice to people who suffer because of real racism in this country.

Swan: Was birtherism racist?

Kushner: Um, look, I wasn’t really involved in that.

Swan: I know you weren’t! Was it racist?

Kushner: Like I said, I wasn’t involved in that.

Swan: I know you weren’t! Was it racist?

Kushner: Um, look, I know who the president is, and I have not seen anything in him that is racist. So, again, I was not involved in that.

Swan: Did you wish he didn’t do that?

Kushner: Like I said, I was not involved in that. That was a long time ago.

Swan: The other issue that often gets brought up in this conversation is that he campaigned on banning Muslims. Would you describe that as religiously bigoted?

Kushner: Look, I think that the president did his campaign the way he did his campaign, and I think …

Swan: He did! But do you wish he didn’t? Do you wish he didn’t make that speech?

Kushner: Uh, I think he’s here today, and I think he’s doing a lot of great things for the country, and that’s what I’m proud of.
Is everyone in this family besides Tiffany and Baron braindead?

Pastor Casts Doubt On White House Claim That Trump Wanted To Pray For Shooting Victims
Yet, during the entirety of Trump’s 16-minute stay, Platt did not mention the shooting, and Trump never spoke ― about the shooting or anything else ― beyond thanking Platt afterward.

“I was immediately called backstage and told that the president of the United States was on his way to the church, would be there in a matter of minutes, and would like for us to pray for him,” Platt wrote.

Hours earlier, he had referenced Graham’s “Prayer for Donald Trump Day,” which the son of the famed evangelist had decreed would be that Sunday. “Many of you may have seen that there were calls to, particularly on this Sunday, pray for our president,” Platt told his congregation as Trump stood beside him.

The White House, though, had given a different reason for the visit. Just as Trump was walking into the church, the press office sent out a statement claiming that he was there “to visit with the pastor and pray for the victims and community of Virginia Beach.”

That statement was picked up by hundreds of media outlets around the country and the world, some of whom used it in follow-up coverage to Friday’s massacre that left 12 dead and several others hospitalized in critical condition.

Yet, during the entirety of Trump’s 16-minute stay, Platt did not mention the shooting, and Trump never spoke ― about the shooting or anything else ― beyond thanking Platt afterward.

Instead, the president stood on stage, wearing a dark blazer, blue golf shirt, khakis and golf cleats, as Platt prayed for him. In one hand he clutched a white golf hat, thus revealing slicked hair that clung to his head ― a change from the elaborate coiffure that Trump normally sports in public.

Trump said: “He is really into climate change and I think that’s great. What he really wants and what he really feels warmly about is the future. He wants to make sure future generations have climate that is good climate, as opposed to a disaster, and I agree.”

But Trump said he pushed back at the suggestion the US should do more.

He said: “I did say, ‘Well, the United States right now has among the cleanest climates there are based on all statistics.’ And it’s even getting better because I agree with that we want the best water, the cleanest water. It’s crystal clean, has to be crystal clean clear.”

Trump added: “China, India, Russia, many other nations, they have not very good air, not very good water, and the sense of pollution. If you go to certain cities … you can’t even breathe, and now that air is going up … They don’t do the responsibility.”

He has the best brain

Absolute brainwashing.

This issue hits home for me. My wife's grandmother recently passed away and we're only now starting to get a look at her finances. She gave at least a 5 figure amount to these scammers over the years. This is a low-middle class family who does not have any extra money to spare either.

Instead of living in a nursing home in her final years (which she badly needed), she stayed in the spare room of a family member who was never home. All that money she gave away could have gotten her the care she needed.

There has to be a way to pull their tax exemption status without hurting actual churches. I obviously totally get why legit churches don't pay taxes, they use every penny to keep the lights on and help people. There's a point where you've crossed a major line when you are flying around in a private plane.

I probably shouldn't even post this. It's just gonna make us all mad.

Mars has two moons so the moon is only a part. I just can't wait until the records are finally foia'ed and the idea of going to Mars is so he can slap his name on it and then have NASA pay him for sending folks there.

Actually, I wonder if in Trump's addled brain this is a a means for him to compete with or out do Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin. Jeff Bezos I think has candidly discussed habitats in orbit rotating to mimic gravity.

Either of these guys steering humanity's near future in space is sad actually. I really wonder if Bezos' goal is to create Elysium IRL.
