Obama's charisma did matter a lot. Unfortunately I don't see one candidate who has that "Obama cool" factor.

Obama was also not running against Trump. Say what you want about Trump, people "like" him for some reason. He's like a car crash on the side of the road, people stare. Plus I think he's just too good in a one on one mud slinging fight.

To beat Trump, you have to hit the issues that the GOP as a whole is weak on.

Yang blows Buttigieg out of the water as a candidate IMO, Mayor Pete has had an awful last few days too, he's really shown he doesn't have a thick enough skin for the job with the way he responded to the African American residents of his city that are upset about how his police force is doing things. Telling that woman he wasn't asking for her vote was beyond idiotic, he often times wouldn't even look them in the face when they were talking to him. My opinion of him has taken a nose dive in the last few days.
 
I was talking to my family about Yang and they said he cant pull of what he is asking for.

I think my family dont understand how is he going to do things.

Also, the Democracy current for every American to have just for voting to flush out super packs is a game changer. If you get 10,000 people to donate you, that's $1 Million just for that.

Shorting the life time judges.

He had some nice momentum going. We will see if anyone gets something going with the debates but we might be looking at a 3 horse race of Biden, Bernie, and Warren.

Perhaps he can be the VP nominee so he can debate Pence.

Looking forward to the debates. I think it might be Warren's biggest test - she's been great in town hall settings and of course she's got a plan for everything, but she's got to be able to reach the big audience as well as she has with smaller ones.
 
Gosh, Duncan Hunter wants to claim selective prosecution. He's also used campaign funds to pay for ... intimate encounters. Sounds qualified to be President. Thread:

I have to agree with them on this one, I'm very much for putting sanctions on zombies. The fewer resources the dead have access to, the better.
 
How much interaction do guests, sports teams etc.. have with the President when invited to the White House?

Wouldn't you want to go just to ask him some tough questions? Or do they just shuffle you through for photo ops?
