Oh I don't look at them as the problem I look at letting in so many people at once as something we just cat t afford here in California, I don't know how many would actually be sent here vs going to places like Texas, Arizona etc but we are having a real issue with homelessness right now and I have a hard time saying "hey we can't afford to help the people who are already here so let's go ahead and let 10's of thousands more in who have no way of supporting themselves" The issue is so bad in LA that the waste from skid row is attracting a lot of disease carrying rats, city hall had an issue with typhus carrying rats and the LAPD precincts in the area all have a rat problem now as well.
