Stuff like this doesn't make me love Bernie's chances

Hey you guys!
Been away for awhile but miss you all!
Honestly, i only was here for this thread and certain *uhmm* other threads in parts Unknown. The current state of our climate, politics and mass shootings have made me so depressed it only added to my recent uptick in real life stress.

Anyway, I'm getting a handle on the real stress and came in here to comment on George Conway.

There is something nefarious about a happily married man railing so profusely against his husbands(SWIDT) boss. He is trolling us hard. It was pointed out to me that his Trump tweets all started when Gorsuch was nominated (pretty soon after the inauguration) . It's not hard to draw a direct line between Conway and the Federalist Society. In fact, he is a proud member. While he trolls us (and perhaps Trump) on one hand he gains support and allies from both sides of the political spectrum and opens up the SCOTUS conservative pipeline with the other. So far, our SC has sided with most of 45's executive orders so thanks but no thanks George f***ing Conway

Just in case it wasnt posted. Inbetween calling himself god king, trump is having his admin hold children indefinatley and refusing them flu vacinations.

:txbmad:

Good for him and it makes you wonder why so many others are still going. I think its still over 20.

He’s be good in a dem administration as well.

Sounds like he's going to run for a 3rd term in WA, would love to see him in a democratic administration though, we need someone who takes the environment seriously and isn't in the pockets of polluters.

A little while back I wanted Sanders to drop out, I've changed my mind, he has been the most committed progressive for a long time and deserves to run for as long as he sees fit. I do wish he had never talked about letting people in prison vote but that's another story lol.

He deserves to run until its clear he can't win. Don't make the mistake of 2016.

Bernie's a great spokesperson and voice for the party, but he's an awful politician.

He says what he believes no matter what, which unfortunately is why he loses elections.

I'm delighted Castro made the debates and I'm hoping one more does so it's not a 10-person nonsense fest, but I'd also be just fine if everyone got together and looked at this and said, "You know what, Warren v. Biden and... go!"

It's hard for someone who was the Press Secretary for the President of the US to leave and take a job where she'll have greater access to him, but crafty Sarah found a way. Bonus points for Fox for hiring a woman who isn't a blonde, although she probably said on the interview she was and they couldn't bother fact-checking.

He lost against Hillary but that wasn't really a fair fight to begin with. The DNC stacked the deck, the media virtually ignored him until he won Michigan, the conventional wisdom before the primary even started was Hillary would be the nominee, everyone knew who she was and nobody outside of Vermont knew who he was so it's not like he started on a level playing field and even then he put up a great fight. He does come off a bit crusty I'll give you that lol but at least he's a guy who's been fighting for what's right his entire career and he's won a lot more than he's lost.

He didn't do anything to cause Hillary to lose, I'm not saying you are saying that but she hurt herself and it's annoying AF when I hear people in the media blame Bernie bro's or Sanders supporters for her loss, she wasn't owed their votes it was up to her to earn them. Most of them likely wouldn't have voted in the first place, he was getting people interested that otherwise would have just sat home.

Andrew Yang speaking the truth lol.

I agree with that, but when the media stops talking about his idiocy, people will think he's becoming normal. Every absurdity that comes out of his mouth needs to be repeated. I do agree his awful policies need to be front and center, and I do think they are, at least the outlets I frequent, but those happen to be mainstream also.
