god damn it man.

If dumb f***s weren't sold/still being sold by the orange con-man s*** would be so much better right now.

f***ing Covid-19 would have been handled months ago and we would actually have some f***ing normalcy right now.

Decades of demonization by republicans really screwed her over.

I fear the same happens to AOC, but she at least will f***ing clap back and not stay quiet.

He acknowledged them as a group, and he spoke to them as a leader. That should be the biggest thing on the news tomorrow and yet it'll somehow be something else.
I don’t think so. Watching cnn and it’s a big deal. Turned to Faux News and hannity was on talking about low energy joe and how trump steamrolled him. I couldn’t watch anymore.

Two people said trump won the debate in that group. One said Biden won. 🙄

So married to both sidesing that they can't even make the most obvious decisions. Complete dumbasses.

One of them was fine with Biden calling Trump a clown because he is...well then why the f*** are you undecided?

He didn't sound undecided. I don't think anyone is. I think you have a bunch of Trump supporters that are scared to admit it to anyone in public and that is scary. That's why every registered Democrat must vote. No sitting this one out.

Something needs to change in this country, there is far too much anger and hatred of people we've never even met and it seems to be spreading like a plague. I would love for twitter and facebook to go away to start and not let anything replace them, around 70% of American adults use Facebook and 25% use twitter and all anyone does is either spread lies or keep trying to dial up the anger and calling the other side idiots We've always had political differences in this country (and the world) but this kind of home grown hatred is fairly new especially at this scale, it makes me glad I don't want kids because I'd hate to have to raise them in this environment.

There is no way you can be a trump supporter now and not be looked at as someone who is racist. There's just no way. You're going to be, rightly, considered racist. There's no way around it. You had your chance for years to acknowledge the fact he is. If you're still with him, you're just like him.

My takeaways from last night:

-Any further "debates" are pointless. Last night was an embarrassment for America.

-Trump setting the precedent for contesting the election, loud and clear. He mentioned Nov 3rd over and over again and votes coming in "after". He specifically mentioned how we'll have a winner that night, which is of course 100% not going to happen.

Folks, he's not stepping down.

-Biden did a great job, with the exception of getting sidetracked on a few loaded questions like getting hung up on Green New Deal (that was a Fox News trap and he fell right in unfortunately), but he even recovered from that a bit.

I seriously have to question people who watched that and think Biden did poorly? Granted, this is the first debate ever that I've gone into with my mind 100% made up, but Biden got his points out there and still didn't roll over to Trump but didn't get overwhelmed. Trump spent half the debate calling Biden "left wing" but the other half saying he was going to lose the far left vote? Which is it? Obviously complete nonsense. They want to paint him into the same frame as AOC and they failed laughably.

-Trump's racism was front and center. Telling the Proud Boys to stand by was only part of it. Before that (if anyone has the exact words) he was talking about a "reversal of status" or something where people of status were now being treated poorly. The Proud Boys quote is making the rounds, but I hope this does too. It sums up everything - white people take priority.

-Fox News is a joke of a network. Chris Wallace (who used to be the only journalist over there) should be embarrassed by the loaded right wing talking points in questions. Right wing ideals dominated the early debate (look how they remind everyone about the court right at the start), and the questions on that were nonsense. By the time we get to global warming, the question is a hostile "how much is this going to cost?". How much is it going to cost to save the planet? The only habitable one we have? I don't blame Wallace for not keeping Trump in line (that's impossible) but the questions were loaded with right wing talking points.

I didn't have an issue with the questions, and Biden did well answering, nearly all, the correct way.

Maybe its not the time for both sidesing. One side is racist and the other is sick of it.

Its not 100% but it would need to be pretty definitive in favor of Biden. Some states do count mail in voting ahead of time like Florida so they won't be impacted at all. Some will be skewed towards in person voting at first and some will just be plain slow.

Chris Wallace was ok
