The NY indictment of Manafort may be a stupid move by the prosecutor. :(

But Judge Berman Jackson is busy. Yesterday sentencing Manafort, today a hearing about this other a******:

Nothing happened much with Stone - trial date set (11/5) and she is taking their lies about the book under advisement as she didn't review that too heavily. Yet.

Interesting news here:

This is a crazy world. Remember when there was talk of Avenatti running for President? I know I checked him on Twitter prety religiously for a while. But the dude is straight crazy (see some of the other stuff from Popehat today that led up to this) ...

What do people think that terrorists want in the first place? They want more violence so they can start a holy war.

Maybe giving the terrorists exactly what they want isn't a super smart idea?

The republican party is literally calling for violence against anybody that disagrees with them. Last week, donald trump said he has the bikers, the military, the racists, and the left better watch out.

Trump fundraiser Elliott Broidy's office was reportedly raided amid money laundering investigation
Federal authorities raided Republican fundraiser Elliott Broidy's Los Angeles office in 2018, ProPublica reported on Monday.
The Justice Department has been investigating whether Broidy, former national deputy finance chair for the Republican National Committee, tried to profit off of his influence within the Trump administration with foreign entities, as The Washington Post previously reported. For example, The Wall Street Journal has reported that he was in negotiations to earn $75 million if the Justice Department stopped an investigation into a Malaysian business.
Citing a sealed search warrant, ProPublica writes that authorities in raiding Broidy's office were "seeking records related to his dealings with foreign officials and Trump administration associates" and were investigating potential "conspiracy, money laundering and violations of the law barring covert lobbying on behalf of foreign officials." They were reportedly seeking evidence related to a variety of people and entities, including former Trump campaign aide Rick Gates, and they received authorization to use Broidy's face or fingerprints to unlock phones.

Donna Brazile: Why I am excited to join Fox News and take part in a civil - and sensible - debate
I am excited by the opportunity to share my perspective and views with the Fox News audience and to help shape the dialogue at this important juncture in our history. More importantly, I’m eager to learn from the experience.
The 2020 presidential election is a consequential moment in American democracy. Everything we believe in as Americans will be examined and, in essence, ratified by our votes. But it concerns me, as it does the majority of good Americans, that our national debate has become hostile and disrespectful. We no longer simply agree to disagree. Too often we demonize the intentions of others. Our lines of communication are frayed, if not broken.
In order for us to best decide as a people how to better protect and preserve our way of life, we need to first be able to hear what others are saying without the filter of bias and contempt. Not until we once again become practiced at treating those of differing views with civility and respect can we begin to join together to solve the myriad of problems our country must overcome.
