Won't somebody please think of the rich people!
On my tombstone: "How's the Dow?"You don't want to die for the stock market? Some American you are.
On my tombstone: "How's the Dow?"
Maybe this is worth it? I mean in light of the developments with Corona virus maybe the DNC or delegates can consider pushing someone besides Biden? Whether or not that is Sanders?
What if they pushed a ticket with Cuomo at this late stage citing unusual circumstances? They would probably still have to include Biden in the next administration.
Anyway I think Biden is so terrible I'm not sure it's even an issue for Sanders to hang around. I don't much from Biden having concrete plans but rather feel good rhetoric restoring the soul of America or our moral center.
Or the Virus gets to Biden.
Actually, where the hell has Biden been? Seems I've heard him being called Hidin Biden lately.
He made multiple media appearances today and yesterday had a live speech from his home
With the trillions in bailouts being thrown around Bernie's socialism doesn't sound so crazy now does it?
I'm not joking when I say that I could pick a better president and VP from my small neighborhood than what we have now.
I'm still freaked out by this and apparently some morons in Mobile, AL are acting like the Spring Breakers though the governor is taking some action. It's crazy how this has such a wide range of symptoms from barely a cold to death. I kind of wonder if the main factors are a mix of population density and climate of which New York seems to be the worst?
I'm no expert, and maybe we do just have it worse here in NY, but personally, I would tell people to assume that the virus is everywhere. Testing is still very limited.
I hope I'm wrong and the rest of the country is in much better shape.
I wonder if it's cumulative exposure effect much more severe than say the Flu.
Suppose a person bumps into a single asympomatic person and catches it? Maybe they'll have minimal symptoms. Compare this to say being on a Plane or Cruiseship with 20 plus infected people?
The hard part also are these asymptomatic people. Maybe early in the infection, they're the most at risk if say 20 asymptomatic people were together sort of creating a viral feedback. However, a late stage infected person mostly asymptomatic has been fighting it and has the antibodies and might be okay unless they faced and overwhelming exposure.
Just my random thoughts I have no idea. Some small towns might luck out with low symptoms, but fade away in the crumbling economy. It makes me think of Michigan writ large.
Honestly I think we were just a couple weeks or more too late. We are only now starting to test, so how do you fight when you don't even know how bad it is or where it is? In January the warning signs were there, and we dicked around until March.
Any problem solving starts with gather the facts, then come up with a plan. We never had enough facts.
Even now here in NY they are basically assuming 11 cases for every 1 positive test.
Trump's talk of getting back to normal by Easter is pure and total fiction.
I try to not think about it to much because it makes me both furious and sad. I'll give myself a tension headache if I dwell on it to much.
