It looks great. The best part about it, the massiveness of the draw distance. It gave me a feeling of wide openness. While the graphics won't be as massive jump for all games next gen that some had hoped, the scale of the games will more than make up for it. Just look at the Forza 5 direct gameplay clip to see it. And yeah, the lighting ain't too shabby!

Enjoy the gameplay

I was watching that a few minutes ago. The draw distance, the graphics...and that lighting...AMAZING.

this feed put to rest my belief that a certain other racer might have better lighting. When the turns are made and you see the carbon fiber come to life on the car in the sun, or the sun through the trees, it is all very believable.

Think about it, it's only a launch game! Imagine what the game looks like within the next 3 to 4 years from now once the developers learn to unlock the power of Xbox One. I know we all will going to have heart attacks once we see the gameplay.

looks good but cant help but notice the trees/snow detail is straight from forza 4, maybe its just the youtube compression tho.:banana:still cant wait for it .

More videos like this, and I may have to change my mind on this game and pick it up at launch. Never been much into the driving sim type of games, but this looks absolutely beautiful.

Quality of the video is poor, so hard to make out the details, unfortunately. Only thing I can see is the reflection is badass.
That was the first thing I noticed when watching the video. Reflection looks very nice.

1080p and 60fps. AND with that beautiful motion blur, crisp textures, detailed scenery, real-time reflections, and nice lighting. It may not be a true leap forward, but for 1080p and 60fps, it is VERY impressive imo.

This poor quality video does not do the game justice. Hopefully they release the video on x360 dashboard or something cuz this video quality really sucks.

I think that is the worst I have seen the game look. That didn't impress me. Not one bit. I really do not see the point of that kind of draw distance either. Most tracks don't need it. I think I may skip this one ( first Fora game missed) and wait for F6.

Indeed. Clearly going to be the best Forza to date. I am so pumped for this version.

I mean this nicely....

100% serious.

That draw distance really is pointless on most real world tracks. The car model doesn't look all that impressive either. The textures are nothing great . The Lighting is OK.

Even if you personally don't think it looks that good, I KNOW YOU. It's about game play with Forza. From everything we have heard, the physics are supposedly night and day better (hopefully Simbin good). THAT alone would normally convince you to get it. Game play!!!

Gameplay is the most important thing, but the game hasn't really progressed in areas that it should have. Weather should be in. I do not give a flying fook what anybody says, it should be in. The damage system seems to be just as big a joke as last gen. Oh, but do not worry. We got mad draw distances that = jack on 90% of our tracks.

and the new A.I system is still up in the air as far as quality and what it really offers, and that is the big feature of this game.

My biggest fear for next gen is coming true. Nothing new. Just more of the same with prettier graphics. :(

I had no issues with the damage physics with Forza 4. Best I have seen on console to date. Not sure if there are better damage physics in any PC racers. Even Race Pro 07 lacked in the damage physics in comparison.
