Oh yeah the game itself is awesome . Wonder how it will experience will be like with you having watched the show already.
You will probably want to play Part 2 after as well
Bought it on cdkeys for 42 bucks, downloaded it and let the game build shaders for like 40 mins (it will pin your CPU at or near 100%, and I have a 5900X) and then went to bed. Didn't get to play it yet. Make sure you also have latest drivers.

Could they have rushed it into release it near the show?
I’m sure there’ll be mods out there that fix and or improve up whats been released, like with oblivion or Skyrim. Are there any Thomas the tank engine mods replacing the infected?

This was primarily a ND effort, I honestly believe that ND ran into issues and consulted with IG who already had experience porting the Legacy of Thieves collection to PC (and thus the ND engine) which was much more stable and performant and less buggy that TLOU1.Why ND worked with Iron Galaxy instead of Nixxes is beyond me. Yea it really did nothing, the game still uses 16GB of RAM by itself, still uses nearly 12GB of VRAM at 1080p by itself, and still pins a 12 core 24 thread CPU in the 80% percentile range during gameplay by itself.
