The Last Of Us Part 1- Remastered Remake

I played the s*** out of the original and remaster. Not sure I’ll drop $70 for this. It looks great though.

I'll be playing this version again for sure, I loved the remaster but it wasn't the graphics it was the storytelling, this is one of those rare games I'll probably play through over and over for the rest of my life or until I stop gaming. It's like a really good movie that I can watch over and over and never get sick of. Not many games do that for me but this one did and I'm happy I'll get to see a version of it that really looks like a game made for modern hardware.

I double dipped on this, skyrim and GTA V already, I won't triple dip on any of em though...

I tried the original game but only gave it like 5 hours maybe before being bored. I may give it another try on PS5 but not for $70.

Yes it's a Fd up price/practice that blind fanboys will support.
It should be half the price. But I can wait until it actually is.
But it is one of my favorite games ever. If they remade Half-Life 2 or Mario 64 with new visuals, I’d be there.

It's a good game but it's not $70 good especially considering it offers less.
Should be a $10 upgrade fee for those own who the SECOND version(talk about milking)

Legend Of Zelda OOT
Super Mario 64 and so many others would be great remade.

Why would they need to crunch on a game that was done 10 years ago🤷‍♂️
A game made 10 years ago, remastered 8 years ago, updated for for the "Pro" 6 years ago, this time "remade" (lolz) using an engine from 2 years ago, charging the same price as a brand new game from 2022. You'd have to be the word's most shameless fanboy to not be disgusted by the pricetag on this nonsense. Shame on Sony and 100x more shame on Sony fanboys for supporting this type of s***.

No way I'm paying $70 for a remake but glad its getting remade since Last of Us is in my top 10 of greatest games of all time and i'm up for another play through but at half the cost lol. However, I will pay $70 for factions 2 though. I used to play the hell out of TLoU factions after remastered came out. TLoU multiplayer mode was just so competitive and fun to play.

You including a free update for the Pro is hilarious here lol. The remaster was made because the PS4 wasn't BC and the original PS3 game launched a few months before the new console did. That way people who hadn't played it yet but had a PS4 or people who wanted to move on from the PS3 and not leave games like that behind had the OPTION to buy the remaster.

This remake is something a lot of people wanted, it also makes sense since they are bringing it to PC, I doubt it would even be made if a PC release wasn't part of the plan. Your comments about the engine from 2 years ago are hilarious, clearly you don't understand development at all if you think that's a point to bring up.

I do think they should be asking $50 not $70 but it is completely remade visually so it's not some cheap remaster either which is what you usually get with discounted releases. I'm going to buy it, it's my favorite game of all time and I'd love to see it updated visually. The remaster just doesn't hold up when compared to modern games. If you have a problem with it don't buy it, to tell other people how they should feel because they don't agree with you is moronic.
