Here’s the whole thread:
Oh wow, I guess that article a few months ago about working conditions at ND was right on. A disgruntled employee just spoiled the entire game
I accidentally clicked a link on another page and it basically ruined a big plot point, so use at your own discretion!
I usually never read spoilers, but I had a weird feeling about this game. Reading them only cemented that. I'll pass.Watched and read the spoilers. Given how unnessesary and uneven Uncharted 4 was, the last of us 2 spoilers don't surprise me at all.

Haven't read any spoilers either as I've been trying to preserve my interest in the game. I'd like to hear a generic breakdown too.Without spoiling anything, can you explain why? Someone on another forum said it seemed like fan fiction..?

There seems to be a lot of this in the comments:
Man they really pissed someone off for that many spoilers
There seems to be a lot of this in the comments:
Alot of the twists and turns seem unnecessary. Plus the ending is going to be VERY divisive. Gameplay is fine butit pulls a Halo 2 type switch on you if you get my drift.

Lecture? I haven't read the spoilers and I'm doing my best to avoid them but Ellie is gay so if she has a love interest it's going to be a girl lol. If during their travel convos she starts spouting stats about gay teen suicide rates I'll get mad too but if it's just about Ellie having a girlfriend this person needs to get over it.

I only read one spoiler accidentally, but from the comments it sounds like the ‘SJW’ type of criticism from people..? Like the game is lecturing to the player about social issues, etc. Kind of like the current backlash against celebrity culture.
I like most Kevin Smith movies, and I always loved Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. I saw the new Reboot movie recently, and it sucked. It’s ultra-PC, and a total letdown. It’s nothing like the first one. KS has gone too soft.
The complaints about the game sound similar, although no one complaining has actually played it. I’m just happy it’s still releasing relatively soon.
Yeah I don't want anything overly preachy either, I just hope people aren't thinking of inclusion as preaching. That being said I could totally see Druckmann putting out some heavy handed preachy game, following his twitter account during the height of "me too" he did come across as one of those "white knight" kind of guys. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt though because he's also done some great storytelling in games in the past.
There is a trans actor in the trailer below (female to male) I'm guessing the character is too and that's fine but I hope they don't go out of their way to talk too much about the person's gender identity, inclusion again is totally fine IMO but beating people over the head with it defeats the purpose and is counter productive. Ellie being gay means if she has a love interest it'll mean gay love scenes and that's fine too, they just shouldn't go out of their way to put extra love scenes in that they wouldn't have if Ellie had been straight.
Ah ok, this is a minor spoiler but if you want to know what the SJW uproar is about, apparently
The villains are homophobic Christians.
