Most shows will have those types of ratings before it comes out or just released, just fans rating it 10/10, will see in a few days what the ratings are really like.

Looking forward to this, just finished the remastered version, loved the story and characters. Pretty damn bleak though.

Really liked the first episode. Very good production value and nice changes to the story to make it more TV friendly. I’m not sure about the actress playing Elie. It she’ll probably grow on me. Pascal is great as Joel. Better than I thought he’d be.

Why did they time jump ahead 20 years? I couldn't remember what it was in the game, but that makes Joel much older. Or am I not remembering the game? I know there was a time jump in the game but I didn't think it was that long.

I'm halfway through. My wife can't stay awake past 9:30 so I'll finish the rest tonight.

So far it is good, but I don't know if I'd put it in the "great" category compared to other television and movies I have seen. I think it would have more impact if I wasn't so familiar with the story.
