The Men's Fashion Thread

I used to wear these in the early 90s. Decided no better time than the present to wear them again. I bought some this weekend through zappos. Will roll my pants up a bit.

Hawaiian shirts, bright shorts and surfer slippers every day when it's warm. Jeans and hoodies when it's cold. Flannel and jeans in between.

If you have a bigger head, or it's really round, don't attempt it.
I also think you can't wear them on your head properly if you dont have longer hair/ducktail hair whisps.

When you have shaved sides, you need to have some hair showing at least a bit, otherwise it ages you like a betch/looks costumey.

I really like them though. FAT had a really cool/affordable collection of them awhile ago. I think its pretty close to the one Jason is wearing.

I have to say, that is ugly as f***. But then again I had been known to wear Whitesnake t-shirts daily back in the 80s.

Yeah, its pretty ugly, but I think its one of those things where the occasion/event you wear it to would elevate it to a "Be me or do me" type outfit. Some of the ugliest s*** can be awesome in the right location.

Like when you wear a pair of assless denim coveralls to a festival. Easy access, and you have heaps of pockets for all your pills! You'll be the envy of everyone! :p

Those clothes on the runway from all these shows are almost completely unrecognisable from the stuff that ends up on the rack when you walk into the shops too. They get super diluted by the time you can buy it, unless you're willing to make an appointment to buy see the actual collection.

Even Versace, as ugly as their menswear aesthetic is, tames it down a bunch.

Might pick up these jeans. Never had these kind of comfort jeans that stretch. 365 Comfort Jeans by Express.

I wish places had half sizes. Like these, 29 is too small and 30 is too big. I want 29.5. I found a pair of shorts the other day that went half size, and I couldn't believe it. Too bad I didn't like them.
Put the larger size on while theyre still damp, and the denim "sets" to your body shape until you wash them next.

White soled shoes... They have a place.

When you're wearing shorts, or when you're on a boat.

If you aren't doing either of these, then chose a different shoe. (Does not include beige Converse Chucks)

Edit: and you can't wear black.

I think his hand is permanently stuck. Too tight for me, I'm more of a poncho man.

I hate jeans honestly, or at least trying to find a good fitting pair. In fact I need some new jeans because my current are first of all too large now that I've lost about 10lbs (going for another 10 so I'd like to wait), but also the two I have have developed small tears/holes in the same spot, inside my left thigh. Odd that it happened in the same spot. Either way, I'd like to hold off until I lose a bit more weight, but I might have to patch the tear. It's mostly hidden but not completely.

Anyways, it's not so much my waist I'm worried about but my thighs. I have pretty thick thighs from skiing and biking, but I imagine some of that is fat. The problem I find is that most jeans unless they are the relaxed fit variety, are way too tight in my thigh area. But the relaxed fit are then really baggy everywhere else on my legs. Really annoying honestly.

Look into pricier jeans. I have the same issues. AG (Adriano Goldschmied) is a brand that fits me well that don't look like tents. It's a softer fabric. The Protege is the line I have multiple pairs of.

OMFG it's hot.

Looking into Fashion vs. Function for hot weather clothes or hats.

At my main company terminal it's already 98.

I got a Swiss Gear wide brimmed hate from Walmart for now. Browsing to see if I find things that look better or more comfortable.
