This was leaked on the site that should never be named about an hour ago. The poster also said that the other unannounced characters coming are General RAAM from Gears of War and "Mira," which apparently is the twin sister of Maya - and widely assumed to be some sort of vampire.
The fact that the official KI forums are locking and deleting threads about this is a pretty good indicator that it's real.

The Combo Breaker bundle will be priced at $19.99 and is for the gamer on a budget. It includes all eight fighters from Killer Instinct Season 3, including Rash from Battletoads, Arbiter from Halo, Kim Wu, and Tusk. Those characters will be available immediately with the other four fighters to be released in the coming months.
The Ultra Edition costs $39.99 and will offer early access to all the new Season 3 fighters. It will also add some extras like a VIP Double XP Booster, 8 retro costumes, accessory sets, bonus Retro color 7 for all 8 Season 3 characters, and 18,000 KI Gold.
The Supreme Edition is the bundle that's perfect for newcomers to the Killer Instinct franchise. It will offer all 25 fighters from all three seasons of its reboot, plus all of the bonuses from the previous Ultra editions, including all the costumes, accessories, 18,000 KI Gold, VIP Double XP Boosters, and Bonus Colors (for the 8 Season 3 characters). Windows 10 gamers can get the Supreme Edition for $49.99 and Xbox One gamers get it for $59.99, with some extra content, namely the Xbox One posts of the original Killer Instinct and Killer Instinct 2, which apparently won't be released for Windows 10.

It should be in the window store app. I did a quick search and found nothing but its not up for me on the One yet either. Boo non east coast time midnight release time.

I was in love with RASH when he was in the preview and more so now that I have him. Arbiter is pretty cool too. So far loving this update. Now I need an arcade stick.
