The Olympic Games - Japan

I just realized those girls probably would have been 12 if the Olympics hadn't been delayed a year 😮

Had the Brazilian girl won she’d have the record for youngest to ever get the gold.

Had the results been the same last year the gold medalist would’ve been the youngest.

There’s still two more events left, I think…women’s park and men’s street.

I’ll be honest I hope the US takes them golds. After this I’m probably done with the olympics…maybe catch the bmx part, saw a clip of one where someone was casually walking in front of the track and took out one of the bikers :(

*edit to add below

I was wrong with the remaining events…

Women’s Park prelims and finals: Wed., Aug. 4, at 8:00 p.m. EDT/5:00 pm PDT; 12:40 a.m. EDT/9:40 p.m. PDT

Men’s Park prelims and finals: Thurs., Aug. 5, at 8:00 p.m. EDT/5:00 p.m. PDT; 12:40 a.m. EDT/9:40 p.m. PDT

DQ for winning a fight. Its the rules but that rule is dumb

Yeah I'm always more impressed with this stuff than running 100m

Murica will officially walk away with the most medals with 113. China in second place with 88 and the Russian Olympic Committee (lol wut) with 71 medals.

Murica also walks away with the most gold with 39 to be exact. They barely edged out China who has 38 gold medals. You can thank the American women's volleyball team for the 39th gold medal.

Btw, China is absolutely hellbent on achieving more success than Murica in the Olympics. They intentionally put a huge focus on events Americans don't do well in, like shooting and weightlifting, which has been known for years by anyone who pays attention to how they go about preparing for the Olympics.

Wait… America doesn’t do well in shooting!? Our guns have guns.
