I just hate waking up when it's still pitch black out, although I did get a cool pic the other morning after a few inches a snow, and the sunrise coming up.

I'm glad I'm not driving this weekend then.

It's weird when doing a trip during DST that also crosses the Central/Eastern Time Zone line.

Wait, I'm delivering this when? Wait what?

Let's do this England :bang:

Got robbed in the last final against South Africa so need to get some payback

We lost power on Halloween night and just got it back a couple of hours ago. Fun times. 60 mph winds blow my neighbor's awning off which ripped a power line for the entire block. The line dropped right in my yard and prevented me from getting in my garage. A day and a half later and someone comes and puts a yellow plastic cone near it. They finally fixed it tonight.

Thermostat was down to 55 until the heat came on.

I can deal with cold, but after a day or so it just gets too much. I live in the north and cold and snow don't bother me, but put me in a cold house with nothing to do for 2 days and I get stir crazy.

Sunday was still fun. We get power and internet back Saturday night, so all is good, right? Well Sunday morning an army of utility trucks show up. Apparently they decided on a Sunday to replace all the power poles across the street from us (ironically the side that never lost power once). So, they block the driveway and we can't get out to get food. We were finally able to get out in the afternoon.

I've got to get a generator.

Are you that passive aggressive to where you can't ask them to move their trucks so you can leave?

I've discovered that I'm not a fan of blue cheese.
I got a salad with that on it and now I feel sick.

Its too sweet or something. The after taste is awful.
It's better on wings. You must have also had a bad blue cheese. Was it crumbled or was it blue cheese dressing? If it's dressing, Ken's is pretty good.

Blue cheese is disgusting. Imagine my surprise getting a cobb pizza and not knowing what the cobb was. Straight into the trash.

I love bleu cheese. Used to have the Ken's Steakhouse dressing with wings. Also good on a burger.

Sometimes I get the Blue Salad from Zaxby's with both dressing and crumbled on blackened chicken.

Well, i've made 'black n' blue' type burgers with carmelized onions and bleu cheese crumbles, but on the hot burger patty it all melts. I think it winds up having a better taste than just using dressing.

The chicken sandwich is back at Popeyes. Maybe I’ll get to try one this time before they run out of bread.
Yeah people are being stabbed and killed over it up outside DC. horns be careful!

PS if you don't feel like waiting in line for one, you could probably go to the grocery store, buy all the ingredients, and then follow these instructions on how to make it before you'd actually get your sandwich:
