The last two nights I've been awoken by leg cramps that made me hop out of bed to walk it off.

Do you think that's something I should be worried about? Dehydration maybe?

It's been happening to me for almost 40 years and I still exist...I think. The doctors always said it was growing pains, so I guess I'm still growing. I take aspirin or aleve before bed and it reduces the torment quite a bit. If I don't take something, I'm guaranteed to be waking up with horrible leg pains of some sort.

Do you stretch enough? Sleep on it weird? Walk enough?

Just tossing out some ideas.

Could be not enough water, potassium (bananas), or bed sheets too tight. Look at those before WebMD says you have vaginal cancer.
 
I saw this in my YouTube feed over the weekend and I've been having scary dreams the last 2 nights for some reason.

 
My father in law has this amazing thermostat. Apparently it has a setting for "surface of the sun".

I'm not only sweating watching the Bills game but it is also 85 in the house.
