So normally I’m not into celeb sh*t, but so many women I know have been talking about ‘A Star Is Born’, and the chemistry between Gaga and Cooper, and then this happens:

https://www.hellomagazine.com/celeb...gaga-announces-split-fiance-christian-carino/

This is the second engagement that has ended for her, and I’ve always thought, although super-talented, that she must be a PITA as far as a relationship goes.

And now it would seem she’s banging Cooper. Or did. Or will. Or all of the above.

I was planning on getting a Samsung Galaxy S10+ when they are available and I just so happened to accidentally drop my current phone face down on cement yesterday.

So I'll have a wonderful cracked screen for a few weeks.

Have you ever made small talk with someone at work just asking how they're doing today, but you get an answer back that you weren't ready for?

So R Kelly got out on a million dollar bail. I have a feel8ng has going to flee. He must see the writing on the wall and realize it's all over right?

To give a little more detail on this, I asked a lady at work how she was doing and as she entered and exited the room in a whirl, she said she that she wished someone would kill her.

I didn’t know what to say. So I just did a little nervous laugh and said, “ Oh no, that’s not good.”

Don’t take that lightly.

So I heard my uncle had to end his vacation in Orlando because his neighbor called and said his house may soon be crushed by snow in Sault Ste. Marie. He said he's never seen this much snow at their place.

Just makes me think of the s***ty weather I left behind moving south. I just left Florida to deliver in Mississippii. It's just hoody jacket weather here now mostly because of some rain.

Why neighbors not just help getting snow off the roof?

They might have helped a little bit, but they're probably also dealing with their own snow cleanup.

Also, he had to come back to get the heating system going, get the heat going, and check for damage. It sounds like all the snow accumulated there very quickly with big drifts.

My house. My escrow balance is $1800 I don't know if I'll owe that amount or if I actually have surplus.
Mortgage escrow is what your house taxes and insurance gets paid from. A portion of your monthly mortgage payment gets put into the escrow so when taxes and insurances payments are due, you’re guatanteed to have the money there. Nearly all mortgages have that. It protects the bank in case you let your insurance lapse and something catastrophic happens. Also, since the mortgage company is paying your taxes, they have extreme leverage if you default since ‘they’ve’ been paying your taxes.

Do you think I'm in good shape with that figure?

Your mortgage company should have all that figured out. You should see what they pay out and when looking at you account. Each year, they review if there’s a surplus or deficit and adjust monthly payment accordingly. That usually happens in January February or March.. Your taxes have most likely been paid already in December. There may be another payment in June or July.

It's things like that ^ that make me happy I just rent. Then I realize how much money I'm probably overpaying and throwing away lol. I've lived in the same apartment I've lived at since moving out of my parents now for about 8 years. It's time to buy a house but I'm not sure I want to stay around here. I think once I make the move to a new area/job that I would buy a house then. I haven't done a credit check in a while, but I'll guess I should be in top shape since I've made all my payments that would go against credit on time for the past 12 years or so.

Become a truck driver and live rent free on the road.

It's the ultimate 'Tiny House' life.

I’m gonna guess it’s a tiny house if ya own the truck, otherwise it’s like a security guard at it’s post or a barrack whilst in training????

It depends on the company.

I don't own a truck, I just toss my stuff into whatever truck I'm assigned by the company. I don't own it, so I can't make unapproved changes to it, but the same could be said for an apartment including things like Pet Policies.
