Yeah, the cal content isn't much different. It's for people that don't want to eat meat. But, it's still cooked on same grill! Strict vegans stay away! Also, it's soy based.

It's not just if you're vegetarian, it's that large-scale meat production is unsustainable if we're trying to put even a dent in climate change. Our meat makes a lot of pollution before it gets to our plate, so if Impossible and Beyond can make burgers that are just as substantial energy wise while tasting about the same, it's just a more responsible thing to do.

I heard an interesting counter argument that big-agra is a poor use of our land for crops like corn. What if we ate animals that grazed on land full of trees to offset the green house gas impact? Some could be fruit bearing trees.

Livestock animals grazing this way might also reduce forest fire risk.

Agreed.
But.... random people and companies won't make a difference before it all comes down. States, unions and countries can though, but unsure if that'll happen.

I agree, and it seems to be a step in the right direction, I wish it wasn’t soy based though. It’s progress.

Maybe we should just eat people.

Yeah but what if it's organic grass fed non GMO gluten free no toxin beef?

Dropping a loaded trailer in Jacksonville, FL then grabbing a preload before I GTFO.

I'm at my company terminal yard and a little mystified their plan is just to advise us to park everything tight together. I would think they would have as many trucks and trailers out of here as possible even if it means pulling in drivers who are supposed to be off duty. Even if that works and no trucks tip over, I'm thinking there could be smashed windshields which then let in massive amounts of rain into the cab.

Park them side by side right and facing each other? That might work if debris flies around. They probably won’t tip if close together.

I'm outta there westbound and parked for a break in Tallahassee.

I saw several power company trucks heading toward Jacksonville. I also saw a convoy of Ambulances. Kinda surreal.

I truly am a dumbass. New Tool album so decide to just grab a month of Spotify premium. Heard physical version is pretty much impossible to find at this time but figure I'll swing by Amazon to take a look. Come to find out the damn album is available with regular Prime and doesn't need the separate music subscription. :meh:
