Yea and MLB did it to themselves. They made the balls slicker over the years to get more homeruns but never considered it was harder to grip the ball for the pitchers so pitchers had to take it upon themselves to figure it out and many seem to have take it to far. And MLB made the same mistake as the steroid era and didnt care until there were 7 no hitters in a month, and makes things worse trying to fix it mid season. Cheating has sadly been apart of baseball but analytics is taking it to new levels of efficient cheating and MLB doesn't get out ahead of anything, its stupid.

So, trining the edges of the grass with the string trimmer, something jams it, I flip that be to fix it and I hear a soft bloop



I look back and notice it’s the top end with the battery completely emerged in the pool. I quickly take it out and tried it, it never spun so fast before. But the lights started flickering and smelled burnt. So now it’s in a bag of rice sitting in the sun, hopefully it’ll still work 😝

I figure I do not really enjoy running, & walking is too boring.

So I just decide to play either basketball or football (soccer for 'Mericans) instead of 1-1.5 hours almost daily. Sometimes I can find teams to play with, otherwise, I can play alone. It's more about burning fat & improves my fitness.

But like they said, exercise is only half the job, the other half is diet. I stop eating after dinner, & I usually have early dinner (5-7pm). If I dom I eat an apple or orange.

I am seeing the result, but still a long way to my goal of lean 6 pack & <%14 body fat. I am not sure I will hit it, but its important to have a goal.

Interestingly, I am looking about 70% to the body on the left now. I am seeing the form, but still too much fat, especially on the tummy.
After hitting it, I will push for something similar to the boy on the right.

Some Random thought.

Do you think it is okay for a gym owner to put cameras in changing rooms & share the recording, with argument that he OWN the place, so he has the right to do so, & its for "security"?

If not, why it is okay for facebook & google to be able to access your private Emails & messaging & share it with third part like goverments which they are actually doing, for "obvious" protection & "greater good".

On a serious note, I kept hearing about serious inflation in US. It is really that bad or sensationism?

The states it’s illegal to have cameras or record in a changing room or restroom, that’s what that one streamer/YouTuber got booted from e3. I guess that makes all those selfies in the restroom illegal

Yeah this is extremely wrong, and like karmakid said it's illegal here in the US. I'd hope it would be in Germany as well, but either way I wouldn't give my business to someone who did that. I'm sure there's other gyms around.

BTW congrats on seeing your dieting results. Always a great feeling. After this bachelor party from the weekend I'm about to kick my intermittent fasting and diet up 50 notches lol. Got 3 weeks till the wedding and I would like to trim at least five pounds

But I said above, the argument is for owners of email/ message should be able to access private email/ messages of it’s users without users‘ permission, but they do.

It can only be done in legal grounds, well, should only be. But as we saw with the orange a******, they’ll make up lies and try to get dirt on completely innocent people. Companies have to comply with a legal order. Some companies will fight for privacy and challenge court orders. Apple is one of them.

My sister in law just came out as gay, breaking up my brother’s family. Been together 15 years. 4 kids. Got this pit in my stomach for him. He is a PE and has worked his ass off for his family and given them everything. Sometimes life just isn’t fair. No idea how divorce works other than they will split everything 50/50, but I worry about him and the kids. She hasn’t worked a day in 10 years, no idea how custody and s*** will work. If I feel this sick, can’t fathom how he feels.

Definitely gonna hold my wife a little closer today. :(

I do feel sorry for the family and kids, but I do also feel sorry for her who's had to basically repress her identity for however long before being able to come out and reveal who she truly is. Obviously I don't know these people, but there are plenty of people who are gay or otherwise who have to adopt the hetero lifestyle to continue to be accepted by their family and peers or they are also rejected. That she's potentially lazy or a straggler or dead weight is entirely beside the point.

Yeah, knew somebody would latch onto it with this viewpoint, but in her words this is something new. Not a case where she has been living another life for decades. Again, her words, not mine.

She isn’t lazy in any way. One of the smartest people I’ve met, too. But with zero professional work experience and job or career, my brother will now be forced to support her along with the kids. I’d be a pretty cold person to not worry about my own brother in such a situation, and frankly she is probably a distant third on my list of concerns. She went on a date a day after asking for separation.

Even saying that it doesn’t seem contentious at all. Which is a positive. Just a sad situation all around.

That speaks volumes... she's a piece of s*** and her sexual preference has nothing to do with it. You don't behave that way when you have four YOUNG children. Her priorities are backasswards...out dating a day after splitting up the family, inexcusable. Yet the world will pat her on the back and call her "brave".
