Based on the story and battle choices you make during the game, you get substantially different endings. There are 4 endings and I got 1 of the ones that's mostly neutral. I might go back and replay the game since it has a new game+ mode and try to get the happiest ending. The only thing stopping me is my backlog and how long this game is.

This is on sale right now for $40 digitally so for sure worth the buy? It has a good leveling up/unlock skills system?

Very much worth a buy. I think the switch still has a demo available. IMO its very indicative of the game as a whole. Try it out and if you like it' I'd buy the game. I'm very close to double dipping ( something I almost never do) and getting a second copy on PC.

Tactics Ogre Reborn is on sale for around $40 on Switch digital. Really tempting, I don’t think I ever played the original. Final Fantasy Tactics was my jam.
 
I've been really tempted to finally pull the trigger on an OLED model Switch so i can play Zelda and Metroid, but I'm terrified the moment I get it, they'll announce a new console.

I think it’s worth it. My wife, kids, and I love our Switch. I play it way more handheld than I do docked, great way to kick back and relax anywhere and play good games that look fine. Now obviously the bigger third part releases that hit that thing don’t run that great, but all first party games I’ve played are fine.
