Switch battery goes from 100% to dead within 3 minutes of taking it out the dock

Turns out it's because my switch hasn't been used in over a month. But it's the battery indicator rather than the battery so should just have to charge it, let the battery actually run out then repeat.....4-6 times

Got ring fit. So now just looking for some motion control games to dl before giving the switch to my parents while they are in lockdown.

Dad loved Wii sports especially tennis. Anything similar to that in regards to him just having to focus on swinging rather than moving the character?

Any other motion games people would recommend?

I thought they were out of stock, nice

Is there any word when Sunset Riders comes out? I'm ready for a trip down nostalgia lane lol.

Was thinking about getting a regular Switch now just can’t find any in store. They do have Switch Lite’s in store near me. Is that thing worth it or just wait to find a regular?

I might say F it and get the Switch Lite now and get a regular Switch down the road. With me, my wife, and kids would be nice having two Switches in the house.

Found one today at Walmart. Gonna by Zelda Breath of the Wild for my first game. Tried the Trials of Mana demo. Seems like it would he fun also.

Is the Nintendo online worth it for 19.99 a year just for the games?
Depends what you play, but from my experience so far not really. Mine was included in a bundle I got but might not renew it next year.

I finally found a Nintendo Switch this evening in store. Got it set up installing some games now from the Eshop.

I got an SD card do you guys like doing physical or digital? I think I’m going all digital.

Oh yes;
Skyrim (it's amazing on-the-go)
Diablo 3 (same as above)
Door Kickers (hilarious pixel violence)
Clusterpuck (great party game, not very funny alone though)
Doom 1,2 (on-the-go)
Super Smash Bros Ultimate
Animal Crossing (if you like these games)
NBA 2k20 might be on supersale right now (it is here at least, 95% down! )

Also Luigi's Mansion looks fun eventhough I haven't played that one yet.

Do the more graphics heavy games like NBA 2K run decent on Switch? Yeah I saw 2K20 was on sale. Also NBA Playground 2 is on sale.

Diablo 3 is a good one I’d definitely double dip on that one. I wonder if Tourchlight 2 is on Switch that’s another one I wanted to try.

Will probably get Animal Crossing soon I hear it is a good game for spouses to play.

I installed NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 tonight got it for $8 from coins I got from the games I bought yesterday. Played a match laying in bed just now (going to love handheld mode for that lol) this game is a lot of fun. I haven’t played a good arcade basketball game since NBA Street Vol 2 loved those games.

It's 30fps , but I haven't experienced any lag and it looks amazing this year, it seems it's barely downgraded graphically except 30fps when played handheld (which is how I play 99% of the time). I'm sure it'll look rougher if docked though.

I was going to start Zelda BOTW soon. Is it better to play that docked or in handheld? I have the dock on my oldest sons 50” 4K HDR tv.
