How does HiaC now end in a no contest?
I don't get it at all, HIAC should never finish like that but the bigger problem is Wyatt already going up against Rollins for the title. Rollins is already falling out of favor with the fans big time, it almost seems like he's dragging his girlfriend down with him by association at times as well. Anyway Wyatt should have been in a few feuds before his program with Rollins, that way they could have built Wyatt up enough so that they'd have more options, he could have taken a fluke loss in a gimmick match if he had beaten a few other guys for a few months first. Doing it this way Wyatt couldn't take a loss and they didn't want to take the title off of Rollins so they backed themselves into a corner. Vince is a freaking idiot, he needs to step aside completely ASAP.

Need to check this out. Can't be worse than WWE lol
I like the studio vibe, it takes me back to 1980's TBS wrestling, I'm not really a fan of any of the performers on this show, I've never heard of any of them other than Jim Cornette who's doing commentary but it's nice to have something different.

Bischoff already gone after just 2 episodes in charge of Smackdown :txbconfused:
I never got why they hired him to begin with unless it was purely to work with execs about production, he's no good at the creative side and he's said that in the past, he also doesn't know the current product very well etc. He's good as an on air talent but behind the scenes I would think he'd be pretty much worthless.

On another topic I just watched AEW Dark and while the arena as mostly full there were quite a few empty seats as well, we were discussing that last week so I made it a point to look at the crowd. It still looks like a good sized audience for a new promotion though so they seem to be starting off pretty well. I do think from what I've seen so far that they need to settle things down a bit, too many people are kicking out of finishers and every match seems like they are trying to be the main event of the show and if they keep doing it like that nothing is going to seem special and they'll just have to keep upping the ante but that can only go on so long.

One thing I've noticed is the main events always end in a mashup. Gets old quickly and yeah I hate how pointless finishers have become over the last 6 or 7 years

I'm also getting tired of the series of reversals that lead to a flip or kip up thing that ends with them stopping to stare at each other and wait for applause that seems to happen in early on in nearly every cruiserweight style match. If it were up to me I'd cut that down to once every PPV at the most and I'd ban the top rope Spanish fly because of how much obvious cooperation it takes. I'd also ban that stupid start a superplex and then wait an hour for someone to come in underneath and go for a powerbomb move that happens at least once in every other tag match if not more. The move makes no sense because the person doing the superplex was already going to fall that way anyway and they take forever to set up something that looks simple, plus the person who does the powerbomb clearly has no control yet they fall down and act like it took every bit of strength they had. We all know it's fake but I hate the stuff that just looks fake, it kills a match for me.

I can't believe how I was angry for so long that I couldn't watch NXT. Other than the women on there, the show just seems so horribly generic. The roster is mostly terrible. The fans cheering and going crazy over the most basic moves...like they're being paid to cheer or something. So disappointing.

American wrestling has two types of crowds

The ones who sit in near silence that make you wonder why they even went to the show

Or the ott crowd that try to make the show about them.

I miss the WWF/WCW crowds
