The Wrestling Topic

AEW just needs to calm down with all the flips and false finishes, too much of that happens in too many matches and none of it seems special.

Been watching some old NWA/WCW stuff on youtube, I miss those 80's crowd pops, NWA crowds were loud through most of the big matches.

Fiend is your Universal Champion. I didn't watch, but I think they really booked themselves into a corner on this. Way to go WWE

Nah let him dominate for the next year. Make him the next taker
With Lesnar holding the WWE Championship and The Fiend holding the Universal we may not see a title change until at least Wrestlemania. Honestly Lesnar holding the title is way stale, would love to see him drop it at like Royal Rumble or something.

INB4 Vince has someone cash in MITB on Bray Wyatt and not the Fiend in order to end his reign

If I were a WWE performer I'd never go back to Saudi Arabia, well I never would have gone in the first place because I wouldn't want to be detained and be decapitated for the way I was born but that's a separate story. It seems like MBS basically had most of them held over for 24 hours because of a money issue with WWE and Vince trying to play a little hardball. What did Vince think would happen when dealing with that country? yeah they finally let some women drive, they also had a reporter killed and chopped to pieces in a consulate. Saudi Arabia isn't a country that WWE should be doing business with, they are putting their performers at risk not to mention the crew that sets up the show etc every time they go. Vince should be ashamed of himself, from the reports I've read a lot of the talent is really upset at him for getting out early while they were all left behind as well.

Always one of my favorites. Thought they did him dirty in like 2014 when he was Intercontinental Champion, and then just dropped it all and had him rejoin the Wyatts. Then did him even dirtier in 2017 when he was the best part of the Wyatt Family breakup with Randy Orton.

Depending on if he got the 90 day clause, could see him at WrestleKingdom or AEW sooner rather than later.

Eh, both are kind of in trouble in that they've lost the more younger audience and keeping the older one, which is more of an industry issue that anything else.

Royal Rumble night fellas! Who ya got?

Haven't watched in some time, and honestly don't even know who's in it so I'm going Roman.
