Bowens is better in the ring than Caster lol I have a feeling I know why Val doesn't like him and it has nothing to do with his ring work. I don't think either one makes it there alone, they work very well as a tag team and have some great double team moves. Tony Khan needs to stop putting them in 6 man matches or singles matches that they almost always lose, yeah they win most tag matches but most of those are against nobodies.
They're doing a slow build right now, can't give them too much just due to how stacked the tag landscape is right now with Lucha Bros, FTR, Young Cucks, hell even The Good Brothers
That would be true if all of those teams had been doing anything in the tag division in the last 2 years, up until the last 2 months FTR was almost invisible after they lost the tag titles up, then they were involved as side attractions in MJF & Jericho's feud. The cucks were champs but rarely defended the titles and when the Acclaimed do get matches with the established teams they get jobbed out. They have the potential to generate a lot more heat than most of the others.
Why should they hold an all women's event in the first place? 90% of the women's matches are bathroom breaks for most people.
Not every team can be pushed at the same time. Keep giving them wins and then hold like a tag team tourney or something, have them win it in an upset. I think us fans forget that booking is extremely hard and while we want THIS and THAT it's gotta make sense and there has to be a build no matter what. With the amount of buzz Max is getting they'll have to put the straps on them eventually.
Don't forget that they're challenged twice so it's not like they haven't sniffed it.
Not that surprising, WWE at least is charging an arm and a leg for their shows from what I've read. AEW, no idea.

Yeah and they were jobbed out pretty easily to the champions, they spend 90% of their time on dark and when they are brought up to one of the other shows it's usually in singles matches so they lose. They are an AEW original team, most of the others existed outside of the organization but these two were never tag partners until they got to AEW and Khan put them together.
Tony Khan seems like such a spoiled little rich kid and I mean aside from him spending his Daddies money on his hobby.

Idk I think his gripe is with him doing a favor to NWA and Billy Corgan by paying his wrestlers to appear on their show. Though in the end you can argue it's probably due to him wanting Thunder Rosa bad. I think his pettiness in this case is justified.
A guy who's spending his Dad's money talking about how he's not being given enough credit for something is hilarious to me. He couldn't do any of this without someone else giving him money and I never really hear him thank his Dad it's all about him.
Look I get it, but spending money to pay your talent to go on another promotion is probably pretty annoying. Idk what the deal was, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on this one.

Why should anyone in the NWA tell people he paid for anything? He seems like the kind of guy that would help a poor friend out once and then bring it up every time he saw them and tell EVERYONE they knew about it over and over lol. He doesn't seem like a good guy, I know people want to put him up on a pedestal because they hate Vince but Tony Khan just seems like an immature spoiled rich kid who hasn't grown up yet and likely never will beyond a certain point because he never has to worry about anything bad happening to him. His soccer team and NFL team are both awful, if his last name was anything other than Khan he'd have been fired a long time ago.
That's not the argument here lol. I think he's tense with NWA because they should have paid I'm guessing. Probably having a tense relationship as well. I think you're a bit heavy on TK. I actually find him to be a likeable guy when he's appeared on podcasts I listen to. I think he should put his foot in his mouth occasionally, but he's done a great job building a legit alternative to WWE and I applaud him for that.
