The Wrestling Topic

It was alright though Clash was much better.
Think that might be the last time Liv holds the title. She's improved but I feel with her she's just remembering the moves and just going through the spots one after another rather than able to just go with a flow. Also didn't help having her and Ronda no sell a baseball bat! Only weak match on the card for me.

That might be one of my favourite Finn entrances and I wish they would keep Judgement Day about and grow it but sounds like HHH wants to end it.
Still about time one of them got a big win and it looks like Rhea is finally cleared to take some physicality.

One thing HHH needs to do IMO is not go for 10+ minute matches all the time. The fatal 5 way at Day 1 should just how great a 8 minute match can be.
Got plenty of talent that can do a much faster paced short match.

Brays return was really well done though I would have preferred to actually hear White Rabbit on TV at least once instead of Whole world in his hands.

Honestly I put a lot of that frustration on the interviewer, he knew Khan couldn't talk about those subjects. I know he wanted to hear "how he was feeling" about things that happened but that wasn't going to happen and that should have been obvious.

Extreme Rules as a PPV needs to go away, they just need to add a gimmick match every other PPV and let them seem special, a full night of them just doesn't do anyone any good.

If reports are true HHH is moving away from that and the HiaC PPV.

Be funny if after everything this year HHH just moved Theory back to NXT as champ.

I mean it's a brand but cashing in on NXT is a big mistake. I guess it would add some fuel to the fire, and maybe even start including NXT wrestlers in MITB matches, but it's a step in the wrong direction IMO.

Right move is to cash in on Roman or whoever the champ is before MITB next year, and probably have him lose. Give him some kind of redemption arc to change his character or something IDK

Him going back to NXT wouldn't hurt him considering how young he is. Vince pushing him so much at that age was hurting him more.

Wasn't even a dangerous spot for Page. I'm glad he didn't break his neck, but no need to rush back from the concussion.
The only thing Moxley does that looks decent is a clothesline, everything else he does looks really soft. I'm not sure who's fault that was though, maybe both but Page didn't need to turn sideways like that before the hit, I don't know if he was going to do a Rikishi flip or what.

Seeing the slow mo clip Mox screwed up and smacked him right in the head rather than the chest.

Good thing is Page is back home but who knows when he will return. Cole hasn't wrestled since June because of the concussion he suffered.

Think a NXT title run would work for him.

Remember when Hook was supposedly a big deal?

I think this forum should have its own wrestling association where we can all meet up at least once per year to fight one another, or maybe fight people from other forums.

Lots of reports Punk is done with AEW... what a f*** up.
Reports all saying Tiny trying to negotiate a non compete clause in regards to him and the WWE.

Terrified of him cutting a promo on WWE TV about AEW.

Swede would win because he's the manliest.

This flashy wrestling you amerikans have always intrigued me.
I remember when they showed WWE (or whatever association it was) on Swedish TV in the 90s, it was fantastic. Hulk Hogan, the Undertaker, that Sumo guy, that long haired guy with cool glasses and a toothpick and more.... what an amazing thing to see for a boy going into manhood.

Is this thing still popular?

It's never go to reach its late 90s popularity ever again but it has its moments and still creates "larger than life" wrestlers.

Watching Sami Zayn make wrestlers break character nearly every week is worth watching alone.

It's still wacky and you gotta take it for what it is, but it's still a lot of fun.

Internet ruins a lot of it, since most wrestling fans care more about the behind the scenes stuff than the actual storylines and what not, but it's still a good time.

Roman Reigns is the new-ish big dog in town, his whole arc is great right now.

They really need to take the belt off Mandy. Her reign has become so stale and her matches always go the same way.

I also hate the cinematic stuff they do on NXT.
