I just quit mine a couple of weeks ago. I'm still getting it. When I find another job in letting them know from the start that I won't be in on Nov 21 or 22 depending on what shift I'll be working. Serious, it may sound childish, but employers like it when your honest. I've never lied about why I miss work. I always let my former employer know months ahead when I would miss for a game midnight sale. Its much better than coming up with the usual me or my kids are sick garbage excuse(only if your lying). They have always approved my days.
When I find a new job im not going to start off with a lie. I'm going to start off letting them know that games are my thing. I'll come in on every sporting event playoff or final, I'll work 3rd shift, I'll work circles around every employee you have. But these days I won't
be in whether its ato or not.

I waited for 16 hours at Comp USA in 2006 for my 360. I've decided that I'm not doing that again. What a miserable experience.....

Anyways, it sounds like MS is trying to make it so that people can get their hands on one in a reasonable time frame if they haven't preordered. We'll see how that works out though.

I'm going to read all of the Xbox One features out loud to her while we drive home. I'm hoping she gets annoyed and goes to a friends house so I can have the TV to myself.
Good plan, my wife is looking forward to the Hunger Games movie that just happens to come out on the same day. Thank you X1 its giving me some no one in the house time.
No its great. Let her go out with her friends, you stay home with the console alone for a few hours. Shoot tell her she deserves a day. My wife is getting her nail,toes and hair done. Then going to watch the movie with her friends. She just doesn't know it yet. Its a surprise just because she deserves it lol. That will get her out of the house for all day.
I know but in all honesty how much are we spending on ourselves that day. Console,games and other accessories? Plus alone time with a new console Priceless!That's an expensive day!

I've got myself an Xbox One on order. I haven't ordered any games yet as I might get them digital depending on the prices. I'm looking to get DR3, Forza 5, BF4, and CoD: Ghosts at launch. (I'll have the free FIFA also)
Might get the new Madden. I didn't bother with it on 360 after playing the early release.

Yah, It seems like their strategy is to out produce Sony have have stock on the shelves for better chance at sales.
