Thor: Love And Thunder - May 6, 2022

Is this true Swede

Chris is puny now, he clearly came off the peds, but yeah, his body seem to respond insanely good to steroids... prob could do a low level mens physique comp if he upped the dose.
That said... put Bale on same dosages and give him a couple of years and he'd prob be close, he did look decent in batman begins and to a lesser (but more cut) degree Amerikan Psycho.
Chris do seem to have good training discipline though, he definitely deserves props for that.

Not according to Korg, he never missed a leg day when going from dad bod to god bod.

Thor may not, but Chris…? ;)
There’s always inconsistencies or exaggerations when a story is retold ;) :p

Yeah... maybe hamstrings and perhaps (hard to tell) quads, but if I remember correctly (there few pics) his calves looks fine.

Edit:
Yes, calves looks fine;

And this is captured a few days ago;

First half is as bad as any MCU movie. The second half is solid. Christian Bale and the Thor+Jane stuff is good but it mostly fails because the comedy is mostly bad and there is way way too much of it. Plus it clashes with good parts I mentioned.

Jane is just bad, end of. Should have cut that useless character out and gave Gore more time.

Loved it. The action was great, and shot well and I actually really liked the comedy. Didn't think I would end up liking this one.
IDK if I ever posted my impressions on this, but I tend to agree with you here. My biggest complaints is that the first third to maybe half of the movie felt really off pace. Rumors are that Disney cut a lot of Gorr's scenes to build him up to a big time villain, and it showed in my opinion.

Second half felt a lot more natural, things progressed at the right rate if that makes sense.
