Ubisoft Forward June 12 at 3 PM EST

Only thing of any significant interest to me in this whole thing was Far Cry, and what they showed was only moderately interesting imo.
 
Riders Republic got a new release date, finally. September 2. Was hoping it would be earlier.
 
Huge meh for me. Rider's Republic might be fun and was initially interested in Avatar until the reveal it was first person.

Why is everyone impressed with the Avatar trailer? It was entirely pre-rendered non-gameplay footage. We know nothing about what the game will actually look like.

Worst Ubisoft E3 I can remember, they are usually my favorite or in my top 2 but this was an awful showing. Devolver was the only one that was descent out of the ones that have done a show so far.

Once I found out it's first person it kind of killed my interest in it anyway, I want to see the character.

Only really cared for Rider's Republic. Farcry looks fine and I'll play it, but meh. The Real Gold was always Beyond Good and Evil 2, But of course they show nothing. Yawn. Not show worthy.

Devolver are the ones doing that Samurai side scroller? Cause yeah, that looks good.

Yeah that one looked great, I had to look up the name again it's called Trek to Yomi, I also liked a game they showed that's so far xbox and PC exclusive called Death's Door, that looked fun too.

It says "game footage powered by Snowdrop" in the very beginning of the video. Don't get me wrong, it's obviously scripted... just not pre-rendered.

Yeah, I'm not sure if my post came across accurately. I'm definitely still a bit concerned. The game was announced 4 years ago, and the footage looks "canned" to me. I'm actually not as worried about the game world and graphics as the gameplay. This is also supposed to have a social component to it.

Of course. It's not appearing to be gameplay at all, and that's my problem with it. I explain this in my last post, l but wasn't really clear in the other one. I'm less concerned about the graphics than the gameplay, tbh.
