If they are peaceful then right wingers/alt left will brand them libs, treat them like minorities, call them crisis actors and demons fron the moon and try to crucify them.
If they are hostile the right wingers/alt left will bow down and serve them then and try to get them to kill everyone else.

This is over 24 years old but is one of my absolute favorites. Can't believe I randomly found it after all these years. This is what got me started thinking about alien life. Imo old footage is the best footage because the chance of it being computer generated or photoshopped, or those explanations being used as a lazy excuse, is slim to none.
Yeah, only problem with people in power in Amerika (well, all over the world) is that they put spins on everything to further their own goals... In this case perhaps more money would be allocated to NASA to investigate if an alien race is behind it?
I don't trust these types of people at word, on these cases one needs to look at facts and not draw far fetched conclusions just because you don't understand the facts... That's how people did in ancient times, blame or hail the gods for everything that they couldn't understand.
NASA has been stripped of funds many times, their budget keeps getting smaller
