So doesn't seem to be a big issue. Custom builds aren't part of this. If you buy something from Alienware or Origin though they would need to update what they sell to make sure it is compliant.

First thing that popped up in my mind.

doesn’t matter. Wouldn’t make any difference even if that was the main reason. Stupid people making knee jerk reactions to things they don’t understand. I honestly hoped that had gone with the “We can fix the Gays” or rock and roll equals satanism but I guess not.
