Tekken 3 was the climax of the series (tekken 6 is pretty good too though), 4 and 5 are terrible... The tag games are okay. Street fighter x Tekken is great (but unbalanced af lol).
And yes, Sega should make a new real VF game for the 2020s

I've never been a huge 3D fighting game fan although DOA was fun because it was faster paced than most of the others. I do kind of like Virtua Fighter though, I find it much more enjoyable than Tekken.
