Walking Dead won't load?! Any help?

Guys I'm really frustrated with this. I just bought the Telltale Collection. I've made it to episode 5 of season 2. Now when I try to load up the game it gets stuck "connecting"
I've uninstalled and redownloaded, tried disconnecting from internet, with nothing. Any ideas how I can fix this? I have like 15 minutes left in this series and I can't boot up the game I paid for wtf.

I'm on Xbox One.
 
Also, isn't there a way to see save game files on Xbox One? Like on 360 you'd find a game in your storage and you could delete save data. All I see on Xbox One is an option to delete all save data for every game. I definitely can't do that.
 
Okay so none of my 20 games would load at all and I couldn't find any save data. I freaked the hell out. Turns out all I had to do was unplug the Xbox, what a mess!
 
Don't panic, do a hard reboot and it will be fine. Hold the power button in for 5+ seconds and wait until the light on the power brick goes yellow/amber.
 
Thanks I'll try that later because it actually messed up again after I thought I "fixed" it. Could've been the worst gaming experience ever without this quick fix. Just my Diablo and Forza saves alone would've killed me lol.

I think just about every game on the XB1 saves to the cloud. I deleted everything from my drive and was worried about a couple games (Lego Marvel Super Heroes, I didn't wanna have to put the time in to unlock all the guys again...). However, when I dl'd the games again and fired them up it synced all my saves.
 
That's great to know. I'm still not entirely familiar with the system. Also, I just downloaded Lego Marvel for $10 recently. I'm looking forward to it at some point.
 
I have no idea what the problem could be. Then again i got The Walking Dead for the PS4. Try a hard reboot and if that doesn't work who knows.
 
Yeah I just needed to hard reboot. It was a weird rare xbox one issue, nothing to do with the game. Just finished it also, great game lol!

Come to think of it, mine did the same thing in Season 2 Episode 4, just hung at the loading screen. I just backed out to the home screen, then quit the game and then started it again and it worked after that.
