I give them credit for trying something different especially there has to be lots of people watching and wondering where the superheroes are

But it still is bad as its not well written or clever. So its just a bad throwback to old sitcoms like a 5 minute sketch stretched to 30 minutes.

I feel like this is a show that likely would have benefited from having the full season available all at once (assuming we learn what's going on). Once a week episodes moving at a snail's pace doesn't just seem like the wrong fit, it seems like a guaranteed way to kill interest. Even giving us 2 episodes up front didn't exactly whet my appetite enough to keep me interested. I may just wait until the whole season is over and watch it all at once, as I can barely remember what happened in the first two episodes right now, and I just watched them last night. Disney needs to get over the once a week thing, scheduled broadcast TV is dead.

So far, I'm incredibly intrigued by this show, but can totally understand why a mystery box with this slow of a burn is not for everyone. Sill, it took some balls to do what they seem to be doing, so kudos for not giving in too soon. It may seem safe on the surface, but in the entertainment world, I've rarely seen this kind of dedication to go all in like this. Was definitely risky.

Still haven't watched those New Rockstar breakdowns yet, but I'm going to give my brief thoughts.

First episode was so spot on, with the TV Land universe that I grew up watching as a kid. Seems to resemble Ozzie and Harriet or Honeymooners. Even the mono sound, and laugh track seemed authentic, as well as comedic timing. So strange how there was only one short scene that contributed the tiniest bit to the larger story.

Second episode. Looked to be set 5-7 years later. Furniture was different, as was the fence. Goes into full-on Bewitched through most of the episode, but the authentic TV camera look of the 1st episode was gone. Seemed much more cinematic hybrid with (superhero) "reality" starting to find its way in more. Kinda got a bit Twilight Zone at times.

Neither episode was actually what I was expecting. I'm intrigued, but I'm not sure if They put enough out there to HOOK people in. I can't disagree that they probably should have just dropped all of the episodes at once for this one.

I like it and am looking forward to catching more. I agree it would have been better to drop it all at once, but I know Disney isn't about that.

Its ridiculous and I'm very intrigued by whomever the Beekeeper dude is. Gimme the slop
