I am at chapter 12 of dead space now. I think about 1/2 way. I over grind so the game was never too hard, as long as there is a shop nearby.
But I will be taking a break from gaming, as I need to learn Blender (3D modeling/animation software) now.
I am 20 years Maya (Autodesk) expert, but I was screwed by them, so I decided to give them the middle finger to pick Blender which is open source.
I was resisting it due to the need to relearn 3D modeling/animation, but I think biting the bullet & work hard for 2-3 months is worth it in the long run, not to be screwed anymore by Autodesk.

Played some more of Star Wars but stopped it for now to play Devil May Cry 5 SE from PS plus. Excellent soundtrack and so far pretty good.
Also started up Alienation with the partner and enjoying that one so far too.
Looking forward to the Quarry tomorrow when it gets on PS Plus Extra. We love these type of choose your own storyline games a la Until Dawn.

I didn't get much gaming in this weekend sadly. I had a cold most of the weekend, so I was being a p**** and laying on the couch watching TV.
I did play some Hogwarts Legacy on my Xbox Series X™. As I mentioned in other threads, I did toy with the stand alone Hot Wheels Unleashed© game, via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate© on my Xbox Series X™. I also tried Apex Legends® on my Xbox Series X™, and I thought I was playing Fortnite©.
I do plan on checking out Atomic Heart© on my Xbox Series X™ via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate© since is a Day One exclusive for subscription services.

There is no way you thought you were playing Fortnite while playin Apex. Not even remotely similar.

It cost a lot , even the gimped version (about 300€ a year), They decided to cancel the service (after 2 years of zero updates fpr a software as a service, while they update their premium version),. I was recommended to switch on another version (creator) which I did. Then I was screwed another time when they switched the version I switched to a token, pay as you use service.
So I said FK Autodesk and make the hard decision to use open source (aka free) Blender.
Since I decided to make the switch & to relearn a new 3D software. I will need to be focus to get up to speed, so minimal gaming for me until June when Hell gate open.

I spent the Sat learning the last few topic I want about Blender, & sunday, i was started making a youtube tutorial, for modelers going into Blender. It is about 65% done. The editing took far longer than the videos themselves, which I recorded in about 7 sessions. When it is done, it will be my longest video. Hopefully, fruit of labor can be shown in a couple of days.

These 2 worlds by user DrMorro in VRChat are mind blowing called ORGANISM and Epilogue: Part 1. This is all ultra surreal and swings sharply between pleasant and spooky. Sometimes get both BIOSHOCK and David Lynch vibes mixed with The Stanley Parable.
If you have VR, you should really run VRChat just to check these out.

I got Borderlands 3 on sale for $10 digitally, it looks and plays nice with the next Gen upgrade. Forgot how fun these games are. Will hope on this from time to time when I want some mindless action looting fun.
Bordeland 3 was fun AF. I think I put over 100 hours on 4 characters.
