What movies have you seen recently?

Army of the Dead - eh

But what was the deal with the scene
with the corpses of the main characters?
Idk, that was strange.
I'm not impressed with this, not really a zombie movie imo and I consider 28 days/weeks later in the genre.
There's maybe a dozen zombies that they interact with outside of the super "zombie" ones and they're basically harmless fodder. The super zombies are more mutants than zombies, surprised they didn't speak tbh considering they seemed as intelligent as humans.
Snyder's Dawn of the dead remake is a fantastic zombie movie, this one.... meh

it was so stupid where batistas daughter literally spends whole film whining about her friend and risks everyones life to save her and then goes on totally ignore her friend when the heli crashes lol i cant even remember if she survived

Wrath of Man - pretty good

Not Guy Richie's best, but it's an interesting take on the heist genre. Scott Eastwood just does not have a lot of presence on the screen however. Also, could have been a bit more violent imo, given what happens in the real world.

Incredible zombie movie, fantastic movie.
Sad that the sequel didn't climb higher than good (zombie-) movie at best.
I still haven't seen Peninsula or the prequel animated movie. I've never seen very good reviews or impressions for either, but I still want to see them sometime.
