All these Ghost shows on Tv makes me laugh... Not once has anyone got killed by a ghost, so why fear such a thought?

I have yet to ever see any proof either. Hell, I believe in the possibility of Aliens more than Ghosts. lol

I do think there are things we can feel that are unexplainable. Whether or not it’s electrical fields, unknown physical abilities, alternate dimensions poking through, we’re in a simulation, I don’t know.

That's possible... We are made up of Atoms that have an electrical energy, and if Tesla was right, then alternate dimensions are real.

When I was a college student, I worked as a custodian in an old school and saw a few things that were unexainable.

1.While I was locking up one night, I was the last one to leave, I saw a misty/smoke like object by a door that led to a basement. I thought something was on fire. So I approached the basement door and this mist just kind of evaporated like getting sucked back into something.

2. I was cleaning a room adjacent to a music room. Once again I was the only one there. While cleaning I heard the most beautiful piano music. It was almost like some kind of chamber music. Very classical. I was like, "Damn. The music teacher is really damn good."

I went out of the room I was in to see what she was doing. But the music room was locked with all the lights off. I went inside. But their wasn't any kind of radio or stereo on. But the music definitely sounded like it was coming from that room. And the piano cover/fallboard was opened up. And this was back when smartphones and stuff didn't exist yet. Just cassette Walkman type s***.

Maybe explainable? But very strange. Freaked me out.

I do. I've never had a personal experience like dno, but I've read and watched a lot, and there are a lot of things that aren't explainable.

What ghosts are, I don't know. Spirits who are stuck before moving on? Just hanging out at a favorite location, revisiting a memory? Drawn to certain types of energy? Who knows.

I know for a fact that ghosts (well more appropriately spirit demons) exist. They aren't dead people although they can manifest themselves as such. Not going to waste my time trying to convince a non-believer as that would take months if not years of study to properly convince. Yes, most of the Hollywood stuff is total bulls*** which only helps disbelief gain traction. I don't believe in the Hollywood version of ghosts either.

I believe in ghosts even though I haven’t had a personal experience. I know very close people that have had personal experiences and they’re the type of people that I believe them.

Some interesting theories of what ghosts/haunted areas could be and some interesting videos/photos I’ve seen over the years. This subject has always interested me since I was a kid.

mwuh ha ha

I knew you were a Djinn!

The more we learn about the universe the stranger it gets. So I think anything is possible.

I had a hard knock or pound or punch, it was really loud, on a door in my childhood home. No explanation for it and it wasn't a wind gust, which would've been the most likely culprit. So I dunno.

And yes most of these Ghost shows are stupid and they take what could be a interesting subject and turn it into a total farce. Which in turns keeps people from sharing their stories.

Out of all the ghost shows I thought Ghost Hunters was the best at being believable.

Agree. They took a "debunk first" approach and knew a lot. I watched that series many years. They captured some really interesting stuff. Some intriguing interactions using a small flashlight, for instance. And some video of apparitions. Series took a turn down when Grant left.

I just find the whole area strange and fascinating.

They made a helpful distinction between an "intelligent haunt," where there is a spirit present and interactive, and one where it's just like a recording, replaying (I forget what they called that type). The first would be a "ghost." The second would just be an energy trace/imprint.

I watched that show from the first episode when it premiered to about a season or two before Grant left. I haven’t seen it much since then. I just didn’t have the time to catch it every week. They did catch some great evidence over the years. A couple of my favorites off the top of my head the mass that moves towards the camera then runs away (I think it was in the prison), something that looks over the railing in the lighthouse, and when the sound equipment moves up and hits the sound guy holding a mic above his head. They also caught some good EVP’s over the years.

My fiancé loves Ghost Adventures. I’ve watched it with her sometimes and they go to some interesting places, it feels too much like acting most of the time from the cast to sell it though. They caught some weird s*** a couple times I saw.

Yeah, Ghost Adventures is more sensationalistic, but GH was the real deal. I remember that prison apparition. And the one in the lighthouse. I mentioned the flashlight interactions; there were probably a dozen of those, and half the time, they captured some amazing footage. There was one time we heard an audible voice (not an EVP), saying something about Jason.

I found EVPs hard to hear over the TV, so those weren't too convincing, but I was impressed by the times they'd get responses to inquiries -- times when the ghosts would respond, with knocks or flashlight signals or something. Evidence of an intelligent haunt, so to speak.

I think they were in a mine one time and you could hear a voice on regular audio.

Another thing about GH is I liked the episodes even when they didn’t catch anything or they found other reasons why the people/places experienced what they do.

Yes, agree. They did a fair amount of that. Debunking.

"Amy Bruni gets scared to her very core, but manages to get the ghosts to play the flashlight game like she's never seen before." -- Yeah, that's one of the episodes I was thinking of.

Not very good fidelity, unfortunately. #4 is the Lighthouse. #1 is eastern penn, but you can't see it very well. 2:50 is a good piece of evidence (bedsheets getting pulled). Also the clip of the sound guy getting knocked down -- pretty clear evidence to me.

That last one is f*cking creepy.

I only read the first article, but it wasn't very convincing. Flashlight interaction effects are explained away as "heat expansion and contraction." lol.

Skepticism is a religion for some people.

Its a bummer if GH is staged. That video with Grant and his jacket is definatley suspicious.

I just don’t believe they fake evidence. I’ve been following them on social media for years and they seem like good honest people IRL.

Yeah, I'd be stunned if they faked evidence. Just doesn't fit them.

lol... Tv shows are not truth

But you believe everything you read on the internet?

If you knew anything about these guys this field has been a passion for them and if you would have followed them and their lives over the years you would see this just doesn’t fit their character.

Never said I believe everything I read is real, but their proof that Ghosts are real is only real weak when people know the fake nature of these Ghost shows

It's all about ratings, and not once have they shown proof to convince anyone with common sense that Ghosts are real. TV can easily be faked for ratings, and without ratings, they wouldn't be making money

I bet there are people who think Supernatural is real. lol

So you have no clue what you’re talking about with that show and the people involved on that show for years got it. Move on troll.
