Writers AND actors on strike. RIP TV and MOVIES. ITS OVER!!?!

I still don’t get why they’re stiffing writers/actors over a small amount from their profits. Pay these people what they deserve they bring viewers to your projects.

They should take all these CEO’s and board members, drop them on an island, and have them fight to the death for our entertainment. @Videodrome

EDIT: my phone changed “entertainment” to “entitlement”, AI is taking over!

5 years ago, I may care. But these days don’t care. People need to open their mind and there are many good better production outside Hollywood. Real diversity

The last few shows I watches on netflix
One piece
Physical 100
Heist ( Korea)
Squid game
Everyone must die ( Korea)
RRR ( India)

Also, do anyone actually miss late night shows???

Also correct me, when they are on strike, production stop and everyone ( include most people not writers) not paid????

I am from country that like strikes, especially our airline and public transportation, even medical workers gone strike. But we do have rules , usually one day, must planned ahead and stick to planned area.

If you can strike for months
A) your jobs are not critical
B) you are affecting others negatively ( unless they are paid)

Don’t get me wrong, I am all for reasonable and fair pay for the work. But I am not for throwing other under bus, and theatening other that want to get to work freewilling.
