"What we wanted was them to make a game that's s***ty in the profitable way. For more of this quote, purchase 240 Byzantium Points."

"These things that fat dudes jack it to dreaming about doing if they had the money, before getting back to Elon Musk cosplay, how can we turn that into a game enough to make money from it?"

We forced them down a route that didn't work but it's not our fault it didn't work.

hmmm....so Everwild which they have shown several times is 2024, but Avowed, which we have seen virtually nothing of, comes in 2022? That seems wrong.

Hope that Forza Motorsport 8 date is legit, though.

Damn, did they restart Everwild from scratch?
I don't think we've ever seen true gameplay, those were probably all in engine concept videos, if you go back and watch them it's not like they showed much that you'd actually do in a game.

Yeah, but still three years out? I’d hope not.
I really liked how it looked when I saw the first trailer and was excited for it, I hope it ends up being a real game and it's not some MMO or game that pushes everyone into some kind of "shared experience" I'd love for it to be an action RPG of some kind with elements that connect you to nature and the animals in that world etc. When they said they weren't sure what kind of game it was even going to be I dropped all expectations for it, there is no reason for me to be excited about something they haven't figured out yet. I do hope it ends up being something cool though.

What are the chances this happens 🤔
